Dieses 5500 Quadratmeter große Haus befindet sich zwischen Vail und Beaver Creek am Rande des Berges und bietet einen spektakulären Blick über 30 Meilen die Berge hinunter.
Seine großzügige Größe ermöglicht das Zusammensein von Freunden oder der Familie und bietet alle Extras.

Das Haus hat eine große übergroße Gourmetküche mit einer Mittelinsel. Vier der Schlafzimmer haben Kingsize-Betten. Einer der anderen hat zwei Einzelbetten mit einem Queen-Size-Bett, der andere hat zwei Etagenbetten (ganz unten und zwei oben).

Das Haus hat drei Ebenen mit jeweils toller Aussicht und zwei Wohnbereichen. Der große Raum ist 35 x 35 mit Kathedrale Decke und vom Boden bis zur Decke Glas. Der Hobbyraum auf der unteren Ebene verfügt über eine Sitzecke vor eingebauten Schränken mit Fernseher, Stereoanlage, DVD usw. Auf dieser Ebene befinden sich auch ein Billardtisch und eine 8-Fuß-Bar. Die zwei Bereiche bieten eine ruhige Versammlung für eine Gruppe im Obergeschoss, während die andere im Erdgeschoss Spaß hat, Billard zu spielen oder die Spa-Funktionen zu nutzen, oder Kinder, die Xbox spielen usw.

Lovely mountain top views from three floors. So many bedrooms!!! Everyone in our party of five had their own bathroom, and there were two additional bedrooms we didn’t use.The kitchen had everything we needed. It might be nice to upgrade pans, but we wanted for nothing.Towels were great (and plentiful). Hot tub and sauna were such a gift (only wish it were colder outside).Our April trip was designed for skiing, but the dry and warm winter only allowed for two days of spring skiing. We used the rest of our days hiking great trails (one is just a half mile above the house) and biking in Glenwood Springs.Patrick was easy and available.

What a great house to hold our motley crew for the week!! The 3 levels are awesome - there is tons of space and two large living areas with tv’s and couches. Kitchen has most everything that is needed - just gotta hunt for it!! Vail is a 15 ish minute drive from the house. Nice trails up the hill for hiking. Challenges with the heat on the lower floor on one of the last days but host was able to assist and had things repaired in no time. Sauna was great and hot tub was fabulous after some services to remove the green water but all good after a day to heat back up! A great place for a family vacation!!

Our group loved staying here! The location was great! 5 minutes from Beaver, and 11 minutes from Vail made it a quick drive to either resort for hitting the slopes. The house was massive! 3 levels, large bedrooms, multiple living areas. With a group of 8 adult men, it was great that we all got our own space and did not feel on top of each other. It had everything we needed and the host was readily available when we had questions. Would highly recommend to any large groups, whether its for a boys trip, couples, or multiple families with kids.

Great Family Get Away

Brought our adult children and their spouses on this trip. This property was big enough for each couple to have their own space and a large enough room where we could congregate in the evenings to play games and talk about our day. The host is easy to contact and is very accommodating. He is very knowledgeable of the area and can offer suggestions on where to go. We loved our stay!

Great house, spacious, and spa!

This house is super spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need for a great stay. We did a puzzle at the game table, soaked in the hot tub daily, enjoyed the steam room and sauna, and played pool in the evenings. The house is a little dated, but in terms of comfort and amenities, this place cannot be beat. Just keep in mind that it is a few miles from Vail, but it is an easy drive to either Vail or Beaver Creek. Patrick was great with communication too. He aims to please. Thanks Patrick!

The home is located within 15 minutes from Vail, in an upscale neighborhood. Shopping is within 5 minutes in case you forget something or the home does not already have it. The view from the living room is beautiful! The home is spacious and well equipped for cooking, games and spa. we loved our vacation!

Patrick's Luxury 5,500' 6 Bedroom Home, SPA Features- Located between Vail & Beaver Creek

From day one this was the best accommodating property in Avon Colorado. However, it gets better Patrick, our host, was always ready to give advice, service, and recommendations. If you are heading to vail for a ski or snowboard trip this is the property to stay at! With only about a 10 min drive to the closest parking, this is a great bang for your buck. Thanks again to Patrick!

Just what we needed

Our daughter got married in Vail and our family stayed several days here. Very happy with the location and the amenities. The kitchen is stocked with way more items than many rentals we have stayed in. Host is very responsive and helpful.

Great Family Vacation, Despite the House

My first concern is that in starting to schedule a vacation, I go to the maps on VRBO because I know exactly where I want to stay. So in selecting this home via the maps, it was listed as exactly where I wanted our family vacation to be and I did not realize until the day before we left and was sent the address that it was actually 10 miles away from my ideal location. This was very upsetting to me because growing up, we vacationed every year in Vail, and always stayed right in town so that we could walk to everything, so I wanted my children to experience that same thing. Upon arriving to the home, the cleaners were still cleaning which was not a big deal, we put our bags in the entry area and did our grocery shopping. Unfortunately, they were still there until about 5, they explained that it is hard to clean a huge house like this one in just a couple of hours between each group, which I clearly agreed. They wished the owner would leave a day between the groups so that they would have time to clean the home properly, which I also agree because it was not cleaned up to standards of homes we usually stay at. The refrigerator in the garage didn't work and had moldy food in the freezer. The garage was filled with trash which seemed like it had been there for about a month. I had to request for it to be dumped a couple of times. 3rd Floor Deck the banisters are NOT up to code, allowing for a child to be able to fit between them. Hot tub also had exposed wires.

Great Property and Excellent Owner

Let me start with the property. The house was spacious and exactly as advertised. It is well furnished and all of the amenities such as spa, hot tub, dry spa, grill, etc were in working order. The owner keeps the kitchen well stocked with your day to day needs which may save you buying sugar, salt, tin foil, etc. We left similar supplies as a "pay it forward". Was about a 10-15 minute drive into Vail Village and with free parking in Vail for summer that was a plus. Nice evenings on the deck enjoying views. Vail was a bit warmer (mid 80s) than I expected, but when we opened the house it would eventually cool down for sleeping. I have to comment though on the owner and his responsiveness. He was informative, returned all messages quickly and loves to give suggestions based on what you are looking for. Have truly never rented from someone as responsive and just wanting to make sure you enjoy his property

House in the hills

Gorgeous and well-kept property. basement was undergoing MINOR renovations to the floor, but was otherwise perfectly clean, habitable, and beautiful. The house is a duplex, very accessible from I-70, and has all the amenities you could want, and more! All of the many bathrooms/showers are fully stocked with shampoo/conditioner/soap, and makeup removal supplies (not to mention ample warm and soft towels). The bedrooms are spacious and have plenty of storage room if you need it. The skylights are a perfect way to start the day The steam room, sauna, and hot tub were all excellent ways to relax after a long day All of the amenities worked perfectly, and the kitchen is fairly well stocked with a ton of cooking ingredients that I never see in any other shared rental -- seriously, there's a ton of essential spices and cooking materials etc Patrick is a very attentive host and really just wants to make sure you have a good time. Feel free to reach out to him if you have any questions at all and he'll point you in the right direction -- he's a great person and an excellent host. Be mindful that this house is NOT a 12 minute walk from the amp. To be honest, walking anywhere from the house is not super doable, especially if you're a flatlander. it's quite a ways up this steep hill and the only access is to a frontage road off the freeway -- you pretty much need a car to get anywhere to/from. But, as with all ski towns, the public transportation is wonderful Overall, 10/10

Great location...short distance and very convenient to both Beaver Creek and Vail. Overall cleanliness good, kitchen well stocked with basic staples which simplified prep for meals at house. Nice layout, plenty of room for guests to spread out and do multiple activities...game room with pool table a plus. Also enjoyed hot tub, sauna, and steam shower on lower level after day of skiing. Plenty of dry firewood for fireplace and wifi info prominent on table top near home entrance. Great views from large windows on side of house off extremely large great room. Did have some TV issues in connecting with desired channels...recommend specific instructions be provided in future to avoid recurrences. Outdoor grill needed cleaned and was unusable. Overall ski group had a great week and gives the home high marks primarily for size, conveniences, and general accommodations. Our group realized we had rented the same house about 10 years ago and were not disappointed with experience second time around!

50th Birthday Vacation

We arrived late at night from Florida during a blizzard. The house was warm and the views are more than amazing. We came to see snow and there sure was a lot of it. Patrick the owner was very attentive and answered any questions we had promptly. He even called occasionally just to check on us and chatted with me about where to go to see and things on our list. The house was very clean and well taken care of. Patrick let us know that minor upgrades were being done and we were ok with it as we could tell it was only going to be better for the next time we go. I look forward to planning our next stay in Patrick’s home and we thank him for opening it up to us!

Great Property But......

The property was great. It has a hot tub, sauna, and steam shower. However, it is actively undergoing renovations. This means that nails are sticking out of walls, bathroom doors that don't have trim and allow people to see into the bathroom even when the door is closed (an issue when you have a shared bathroom with multiple rooms), and the basement queen bedroom is missing trim around an exterior door which is not insulated properly so the wind blows through the room all night making it impossible to heat the room. If it weren't undergoing renovations, this would have been one of the better places I have stayed and I would have given a 5-star rating. We stayed Jan 2024. I would check with the property manager if they are still doing renovations before staying here. Though getting a response from the manager before your stay is difficult. Also, there weren't enough towels for every guest. Contacted the host and he said he would send some over but none ever came.

Early Family Christmas

Beautiful home, great location, beautiful view. Patrick was at property to greet us. Was a bit confusing at first since there was a cleaning crew and construction crew working we arrived at 5:45pm. Patrick was a great host. We inquired prior to our travel if it was possible to have a Christmas tree. We arrived and he had personally set up a tree and decorated the main living areas. . Everyone expressed how comfortable the beds were. So much room for everyone. Downstairs game room with sauna, steam shower, hot tub and pool table was exceptional. It was apparent home was going through some minor upgrades. There were supplies ie: baseboards and doors stacked in upstairs hallway and game room. Microwave was way too high but we cooked all our meals at home thanks to Patrick’s suggestion.
