« Omg just want to say a massive thank you all for such a beautiful stay! The customer service was outstanding, the staff were so friendly and welcoming 🥹❤️ They cleaned our rooms daily and did a fabulous job! The rooms were nice and clean! I’ve been to the much larger resorts such as the Taumesina, Saletoga Sands but really appreciated the great value for money I got from staying here! Thank you so so much! Will see you again November/December next year ☺️ »

« Overall had a fantastic 7 nights, staff were very welcoming and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had a good holiday, especially considering the fact I was nursing a broken and a fractured rib from the previous 7 nights in the village, meals were delicious and the rooms were beautiful and clean and well serviced - very comfortable bed! Just love Samoa - highly recommend Sheraton - will be going back that’s for sure! »

« Room was not clean, bed had sand inside ( as if someone had slept there before us) old beer bottles in cupboard. Mirror had, fallen down in bathroom. Breakfast was just toast and cereal with some pancakes and only available for a short time ( 7.30 to 9am). Its good for people who need space and just need somewhere to sleep with aircon. »

« The staff are truly amazing and friendly, and I greatly appreciate their warm hospitality. The only concern I have is with the beds in the room. Currently, there are two double-sized beds, which are suitable for two adults. However, for three adults, it would be more comfortable to have one double bed and one king-size bed. This arrangement would provide enough space for everyone to rest comfortably. Aside from that, everything else was excellent—including the delicious and healthy breakfast....

« Very hospitable staff! Rooms are new and very clean. The location is right on the coast, so you get to walk out of your room straight onto the scenic beach! This place is such a gem and I will definitely be returning! »

« Everything clean room, air con...etc, etc and especially staffs and the owner of the Hotel are very very friendly and helpful...and great interacting with in my staying etc, etc The breakfast and the services are very good, and i love the place it is more closer in everything especially the church is very near by »

« Nous ne sommes pas restés à Vailua Beach Fale car , nous n'étions pas attendus .le personne présente était surprise de nous voir .Pas de chambre préparée , le sol très sale avec des araignées dans les coins et plafonds , sanitaires sales dont cuvette WC noire , draps des anciens clients sur les lits .Pas d'enthousiasme pour ameliorer la situation . Nous sommes partis alors que nous avions payé les 3 nuits . Nous espérons être remboursés par Expédia avec qui nous avions réservé . »
