« We drove down to N Hollywood from Idaho to attend a taping of a comedy show at the El Portal theater and visit relatives that live in the area. The pictures don't to the Villa justice, it definitely exceeds the pictures. It is a quaint place that is very comfortable. Located in an established neighborhood it is close to everything you could want. Great food and good entertainment. »

« Very fun pool, excellent views, the kitchen was great and spacious, 4 cozy rooms, including the master bedroom with walk in closet and beautiful master bathroom. The side yard was good for the kids and the outside bbq was also a nice touch. »

« Beautiful property! We are a family from Minnesota that was looking for a fun getaway in the Los Angeles area. The house is about 45 minutes from LAX. Huge kitchen (high-end appliances), wonderful backyard with a top-notch hot tub and pool, 4 great bedrooms, showers were top of the line. We couldn't believe how quiet the neighborhood was...lots of houses around, yet didn't hear anyone else during the day or night. The location was outstanding!!! We visited Malibu, Universal Studies and Manhattan...

« Everything was great. The view and location was everything we were looking for. Close enough to everything you need but out of the city which is very peaceful. There a few nitpicky things, one is that sound travels in the house a little too well between to two units. First couple of days we could hear everything the neighbours upstairs were doing and saying which made it hard to sleep when they partied until 3am.
