« This review is for the house we stayed in Winnetka, where they had to move due to plumbing issues which was outstanding already, they could’ve canceled our booking and we would’ve struggled due to the time constraints, she gave us the option but was positive about making it work. « this is a great place to stay in la. quiet valley neighborhood but close to all kinds of stuff. »

« Quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood was quiet. The property itself has everything we could possibly need or want. It was clean. We felt safe and comfortable. I would definitely stay there anytime we needed to return to the area. »

« Looks exactly as the photos, very spacious and in an easy, low key area. Parking was always easy as well, never had to park too far. Huge yard and communal areas. Close to Studio City, WeHo. Would stay again! »

« RICH a été super accueillant, il nous a aidé à planifier tout notre séjour à LA, nous a donné de précieux conseils (lieux, restos...) . La maison est super bien équipée, tout ce qu’il faut et pas de courses à faire pour le fond de cuisine, les lits sont super conforts et la maison est impeccable. C’est très agréable de profiter du jardin après une grosse journée de balade,surtout avec les enfants. Merci Rich ! »

« We stayed at this property for 3 weeks during our displacement from the fire in Altadena. The home is beautiful, roomy, cozy, well supplied, and just a pleasure to come home to during a really stressful time. The owner/manager was very pleasant and helpful. The location was ideal and close to shopping and restaurants. We would love to stay again under more pleasant circumstances. I’d give it 6 stars if I could. »

« We rented this property for spring break for a week, there were 11 of us and several family came over for dinners. Plenty of outdoor space and it was as pictured. The games outside and pool were perfect and as listed. The beds were very comfortable, we appreciated the extra sheets and towels with all the kids. The property needed a few things but the manager was very responsive and got them for us right away. The kitchen was a little sparsely stocked when cooking for at least 11 but we made do....

« The minute we arrived, the kids's lit up when they saw the amazingly large pool. Andy got us checked in and we loved having so many bed options for the kids so they had their own spaces. We were actually working remotely and the wifi worked well enough for 3 of us on laptops and I was able to take meetings next to the pool! This worked perfectly for our needs and was only 5 minutes away from food options. »

« My family and I had a great stay at this place. The communication with the property manager was excellent from the moment we landed in LA. The pool and jacuzzi was spot on and hanging out by the pool side was one of the best highlights of our trip. Overall a great stay. »
