« We loved this place! Exactly as advertised and the owner instantly answered all our questions. The kitchen was one of the best equipped I’ve ever seen and we were able to cook many meals here and saved hundreds of dollars on dining out costs. The hub tub in the back was an added nice touch and we enjoyed it every night. Finally, this house was ideal for our medium size dog. She loved the back yard and was very relaxed here. We will definitely come back. »

« Our stay was lovely. The cottage is comfortable and has necessities (think coffee k cups, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, brita water in fridge). We walked everyday to a couple of coffee shops. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. Know that the bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms-not a big deal for us, but required some thought. We would stay again! »

« Exceptionally clean, lovely views with lots of windows. Had a little trouble with the lock but management quickly addressed it. Really close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. I would love to return. One thing to note is the hotel next door gets early deliveries and it can be a little loud at 7am. I just used that as a reason to take a long walk on the beach. »

« DeSolina was a beautiful and romantic little one bedroom cottage. It was perfectly described. Easy to find, easy to check into, and within steps of Sexton Winery. What is not to love!?!? One word of caution, even though the cottage is very spacious, the kitchenette is basically just a refrigerator and a microwave. So plan accordingly. But everything else was absolutely perfect. Would definitely come back again. »

« We loved the beachy vibe of the cottage inside and on the large patio. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of amenities too! David and Sabine are great hosts. Very nice and helpful. Morro Bay had tons of sea life - sea otters, pelicans, seals, egrets, long-billed curlews, and much more. Lots of gift shops & restaurants in Morro Bay. Sunsets - gorgeous. »

« This location was very walkable to many restaurants and shops in the area. It was nice to have a parking space that you dont have to fight for in the street. Anyone who has been to Morro Bay in the high season knows what a pain parking can be. The apartment is very small but it was good for just the two of us and the dogs. There is not a lot of room in the bedroom for larger suitcases unless you plan to unpack and store them closet. There is a dresser so you could do that. I also only saw towels...

« We needed a pet friendly house and this house worked out great. Its tucked away at the end of a street with a large backyard. While not fully fenced, there was plenty for our puppy to explore on a leash. The house itself is very cozy and clean. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, plates and utensils.
