« Place was very clean and looked amazing! Beautiful decor and top notch everything! Loved the bed especially, so very comfy and has remote! Loved cooking in the beautiful kitchen, however needs a can opener and a bit better coffee maker. Overall, very impressed with the place! Wonderful scenery everywhere you look! « Beautiful property, nicely situated being able to view the hot tub, sauna area, and edge of ski lifts. Some great games to keep busy on a cozy day in or chilly night like when it was in the teens while we were there next to the fireplace. Only downside was few glasses other than coffee mugs that matched, one solo 16oz glass, and a glass cappuccino cup, remaining glasses were all mugs. One of the seats was replaced at the kitchen table, not an issue for us at all, it was unclear when the chair...

« Host was quick to respond to any issues. It was very quiet and staff was nice. Room had a few issues, tub wouldn't stop so couldn't bathe the baby. Previous guest let toiletries and medication in a draw of thw vanity. A hazard for a child. Host apologized. First time a host asked that you take any used garbage bags out and placed in an outside bin. »

« Host sent detailed communication prior to check in with all the information we would need. The host was also very responsive with an issue of a possible left item after the trip. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Location next to the mountain was perfect and the view was of one of the runs! Located directly next to the pools/hot tubs/sauna so the whole family was very happy after a day if skiing. »

« L’appartement propre et bien situé à West NY, bus très proche et nombreux commerces à proximité. On rejoint Manhattan facilement en bus. Reinier est très sympa et très pro. Le gros problème vient du voisin du dessus, il fait beaucoup de bruit. Impossible de dormir jusqu’à 4 heure du matin car il court en pleine.nuit et le samedi musique à fond, la police a du intervenir. Dommage que le voisinage soit si mauvais. »

« The location's beauty was truly remarkable. We have a few suggestions for improvement: 1. It would be helpful to have additional trash bags readily available, beyond those already in the waste bins. 2. The fuse for the downstairs bedroom and bathroom frequently tripped. Aside from these minor issues, it was an absolutely perfect winter retreat. »
