„Nice place. I actually never saw the roommate who shares the condo.I was very comfortable.“

„The stay was great overall. When we entered the rental unit there was a lot of sand throughout, and the trash barrels were full and had not been taken to the curb (they had food items left in them so there were some maggots in the barrels, unfortunately). Aside from some trouble trying to fit our garbage into the barrel before the midweek pickup everything else was pretty smooth. „The house was nice and spacious, dog friendly. The front bedroom looks out to the water. The bathrooms are renovated with heated floors - so nice especially during the coldest week of the season! The location is perfect for walking in warmer weather. Steve and Kristen were great hosts - responsive and helpful. We hope to visit again soon! “

„We enjoyed are first trip to Plum Island in this cozy beach cottage. The owner was very responsive. We traveled with our two kids and enjoyed the great proximity to the beach (just across the street). Very clean, nice setup and decor. Beds and couches were very comfortable! Quiet neighborhood, and everyone we met was very friendly. We would definitely return :)“

„As an area native, I was back to visit family in the area for a week with my family. This property is terrific for walking into downtown for coffee, shopping, meals and meeting up with people. We really enjoyed the proximity to everything. The space itself is terrific, with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, comfy lounge area and cozy bedrooms. Everything was clean, accessible and well thought out. All in all, a great stay we would recommend.“

„The property was as listed. Very clean, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfy. There is a screened balcony which is nice for morning tea or evening chill. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions. We didnt spend a whole lot of time in the space but we would definitely stay here again.“

„We stayed at Emily's for nine weeks, from mid-October until mid-December. Her townhome looks exactly like the pictures, was clean and beyond comfortable. It quickly felt like home. She has a fully stocked kitchen, (we pulled off Thanksgiving with no problems) plenty of towels, blankets, even an air mattress that could be used in the third bedroom if needed.
