Otel genel itibariyle çok iyiydi. Fiyat performans olarak çok başarılı.
Öncelikle hijyen konusunda son derece memnun kaldım.
Personellerin hepsi güler yüzlü,nazik ve çok ilgili.
Meryem Hanım'a (bar bölümü) ayrıca teşekkür ederim.
Açık büfe ve alakart seçenekleri lezzetli,bol çeşitli ve kaliteliydi.
Havuz hijyeni ve kuralları beni extra memnun etti.
Özellikle Benli Bey'e (life guard)işini titizlikle yaptığı için teşekkür ederim.
Plajı ve denizi son derece keyifli.
Yeşilin bol olması son derece dingin bir ortam yaratmış.
Magic Life Sarıgerme yönetimine ve çalışanlarına sonsuz teşekkürler.

superb amenities
great food - probably the best all inclusive buffet ever - but with several a la carte options too you really are spoiled for staff
cleanliness of an exceptional standard
the real clincher is the staff -- experienced, well trained and every single one of them (and there are a lot, he staff/guest ratio is phenomenally high) - brilliant at what they do and how they do it
