„Lovely, quiet house at the end of a short road in the eastern Tampa area. Plenty of space between houses. Easy access to IH 75. AC kept the house very comfortable. Lots of living space even though we only needed two of the three nice-sized bedrooms. Kitchen table has a nice view of the backyard. We enjoyed watching the birds and squirrels while eating our breakfast.“

„Everything works. What else can you ask for? Good bed, good water pressure, huge TV, plenty of room....will return of back in the area!“

„¡Una experiencia impecable de principio a fin! El apartamento es aun más hermoso, amplio y luminoso que en las fotos, con una limpieza absoluta y una decoración impecable. La ubicación es inmejorable, en una zona tranquila pero a solo unos pasos de los puntos de interés principales. La cama es extremadamente cómoda, la cocina está totalmente equipada y los detalles de bienvenida hicieron la diferencia. Mención especial para el anfitrión, quien fue súper atento, amable y rápido al responder. ...

„The property was just as advertised and it was perfect for my needs. The kitchen is great and the house is very comfortable and in a good location. I would definitely stay again! I wasn’t around enough to use the pool, but it is very nice!“

„The home was clean, well taken care of and met our needs nicely. There is a relaxing backyard area as well, good for the entire family. The neighborhood is older so don't expect new builds in the area, but it was quiet. We had a quick, but enjoyable stay.“

„This tiny home is well kept and perfectly located near the heart of Tampa. You are a 10 min car ride to all the attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and there are walkable restaurants that are authentic and delicious. This home has everything you need to enjoy your time in Tampa!“

„This was a great space for our weekend in Tampa, very clean, updated, beautiful kitchen. We spent most of our time there at the house reconnecting w our friends, very comfortable, woke up each morning w the birds on the lake.“

„Perfect“

„Well, I never received check-in procedures. Finally got it checked in. There was old food left in there. Open bag of chips and it was clean brand new underwear left on the safe. Not sure what that’s about but it was there.I’m“

„My only complaint is that I didn’t stay another day to just enjoy the space. Super easy, very cute, and perfect for a solo or couple traveling to explore the city with a nice quiet place to come back to. If I come back, I’ll stay here for sure.“

„Close to the WaWa, Publix,WalMart, restaurants of all types.Just a walk away from Loyce Harpe park.Beautiful, quiet property.Great for two adults.“
