This was my first experience ever with a rental property and I couldn't have asked for a better host and location. From the initial inquiry to my constant questions, the host was extremely responsive and answered all my questions. When I had a small electrical issue with an outlet, I was able to reach the property manager who came onsite at 11 PM in the evening and resolved the issue within an hour. The check-in and check-out process was extremely easy to follow. I love the little reminders that the owners have taped to the walls. Adds a bit of personal touch. The condo's layout is absolutely beautiful and works wonderfully for a small extended family- we were 6. When I say this is a home away from home, maybe better. I truly mean that. The condo was better stocked than my own home. They had it all (Netflix, towels, baking supplies, laundry, slippers, pots and pans and condiments more than you can ever imagine). Very suitable if you were staying longer term but we only stayed a week. There's a gym and a swimming pool below and Costco, McDonald's, T n T Supermarket within 5 minutes walk. If I had to complain about something, I would say, too bad there wasn't a parking spot included but we were able to find free parking on the side street.
