But a quick call to the front desk and it was cleaned up in no time, along with a sincere apology note. Itâs the staff that make this property perfect! « This was my first visit to this hotel. It is centrally located on the Race course Road, surrounded by greenery. Polite staff. quick and friendly response by reception and room service. They serve you free break fast which is very sumptuous. In house. Restaurant "Aroma of South" is good in taste of food and service. Room interior is nice. They need to improve bathroom cleanliness. "With the notable exception of Mohamed the concierge and a handful of other staff members whose names I do not have, I was treated with a range of prurient curiosity to obvious disdain. It was clear I wasnât welcome which is very surprising in a luxury property. The ladies at the check-in desks were notably either too junior to help or downright agressive and rude. What a shame as the grounds, food and spa services are excellent and live up to the propertyâs reputation. "
