« Great location and view of the river. The staff were also friendly. However, the beds were hard, and the bed comforter/blanket was thin and rough. There was also a musty smell in the room, due to the building's age. The window did not open, so that didn't help with the smell or air flow. There is a desk and chair in the room, but the height of the battered chair was so low, that you couldn't use it to sit at the table (it couldn't be adjusted, either). « The outside could be worked on a bit,but over all it was a comfortable stay,the bed was really comfortable and clean and whoever the housekeeper is who decorates the towels should get a raise that’s what sealed the deal for me it actually put a smile on my face when I saw it. »

« for the price, room was average, service was average. Charged for resort fee (twice) only stayed one night, late fall everything is really not active in the resort so why the fee, restaurant charged $30 for a glass of Chardonnay when there were other options that were never offered by the bartender. »

« Staff was in a rush, a bit sharp in conversation. No "drink upon arrival" as advertised. They didn't provide a robe/ person. We were short one robe, despite having to enter the hall to access the bathroom. No hair conditioner offered. The breakfast was pretty normal weekend fare (scrambled eggs with cheese, French toast with sandwich-sized bread), fresh fruit cup. No extra food offered on table. »
