„Great accommodation, very clean and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Visit the little Bonsai tree Garden on their property, it’s really beautiful. Breakfast was simple but delicious.“

„Haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, nette Eigentümer kümmern sich bestens um die Gäste, sehr gute Küche zu fairen Preisen, hübsche Bungalows mit Fenster auf beiden Seiten, wir haben nie die Klimaanlage gebraucht. Herrlich ruhige Lage. Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Auch ohne Auto machbar weil der Bus von Santa Cruz ganz in der Nähe Endstation hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!“

„The standard is good, everything is clean and working and the bed was comfortable.The food is good and the place is around 10 minutes in walking distance to the beach. The staff is both professional and very friendly - Thank you to Nixon, Fiorella,Michael, Randall and the others! If I was to stay at Cafe Playa Negra again, I would probably try to get a room that was not directly above the restaurant, as it can be a bit noisy in the evenings.“

„My family and I had a wonderful stay at Chalet Escondido. We saw many different types of wildlife such as the Coati, Walking Stick Bug, Bats, Giant Red-Winged Grasshopper and the Howler monkeys. We could hear and see the monkey daily during our stay. During our time here we did many day trips to various beaches. Our favorite was Playa Negra, not too busy and nice waves for families and renting surf boards. We also made it down to Nosara which we really liked as well. Overall a great place for ...

„This place was clean, had everything we needed, felt safe and homey, and the beach access was fantastic. Rustic, gorgeous, and friendly. Would recommend to friends and will come back. ps- there are more amenities than one can infer from listing: the kitchenette is in the unit and there's a big fridge in the unit with ice trays. „A cute house on a patio with a pool. The house could use a little updating (a few ripped screens, older couch, etc), but the A/C in the bedrooms worked well and the patio has several trees, so it's well shaded. The owner found us some boogie boards and beach toys for my kids to use- so kind! No mosquitos which was a huge plus! A few hiccups finding the house- near the end of a dirt road. Walkable to the beach, but the road is so dusty when cars go by that's it not an altogether appealing ...
