Communication impeccable avec Massimo qui nous a contacté quelques jours avant pour nous donner toutes les infos pour notre arrivée. Super accueil, il nous donne ses recommendations d adresses et est toujours disponible pendant le sejour. L appartement est très propre, très bien équipé (même des bottes et parapluies, une attention très appréciée) idealement situé, au calme et seulement à 10 minutes du Rialto et de la place St Marc, 5 minutes d'un supermarché. Une superbe boulangerie, un delicieux glacier au pied de l appartement tout comme la basilique San Giovanni e Paolo, très impressionnante. Un grand merci à Massimo pour ses prestations et son accueil qui nous ont permi de passer un magnifique sejour.

We were really well welcome by Massimo, the landlord. He gave us many tips about Venice and a map with the monuments to visit. The apartment is very well located in a quiet area 7 minutes from Saint Mark's Square.

Nous sommes très contents de notre choix. L’appartement est spacieux, calme, très bien situé, et tout le nécessaire est disponible. Le propriétaire est très attentionné et disponible. Vus les prix pratiqués à Venise, nous pensons que ce choix est excellent. Nous étions 3 et c’était très bien car il y a 2 chambres. Par ailleurs l’accès est facile grâce aux vaporettos à 600m. Le quartier est tranquille mais a plein de restos et magasins. A recommander.

Notre hôte Massimo nous a super bien accueilli , la Ca’ Valeria est confortable, décorée avec goût et élégance, et tout est très fonctionnel ! 5 jours à Venise
Nous avons passé 5 jours formidables à Venise. L'hébergement était extrêmement bien placé, confortable et spatieux. Surtout, nous avons été très bien acceuillis et notre hôte nous a donné des conseils très utiles pour nos visites, les transports et les restaurants. Nous esperons pouvoir y retourner bientôt !

Nous sommes arrivés avec plus d'1 heure de retard, et malgré l'heure tardives 23h30, Massimo était là pour nous accueillir à l'arrivée et nous amener jusqu'à l'appartement, qui est très bien situé avec boulangerie et supermarché juste à coté. Un appartement très propre avec toutes les commodités et même tout le nécessaire pour notre séjour (café thé sucre sel poivre vinaigre produit pour lave vaisselle et linge ). Un espace suffisant pour une famille de 5, une literie très confortable et bien isolé phoniquement. Massimo nous avez préparé une carte avec les choses à voir (pas toujours dans les guides) et les bons petits endroits pour manger sur le pouce ou pas. Un séjour inoubliable et nous ne manquerons pas de repasser par Massimo. Petit plus: Nous devions rendre l'appart à 10h et nous avions notre avion à 16h40. Pour nous permettre de profiter jusqu'au dernier moment, Massimo nous a donné les clés de son local pour y mettre nos bagages, que nous avons donc récupéré juste avant de Partir. Merci pour votre accueil, gentillesse et conseils. A bientôt j'espère

Perfect Location and Perfect Host
This spacious and well-equipped apartment is in a great location with main transportation and excellent restaurants and gelato nearby. Massimo, the host, goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, communicates well, makes reservations for you, and helped us arrange a taxi to bring us close to the apartment so my mother didn’t have to walk far. Would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful Stay in Venice!
Massimo was extremely helpful during my stay and whenever I had questions regarding the city or the apartment, he replied promptly. Everything was wonderful, he was very thorough in giving us recommendations of restaurants and attractions to visit! He was kind and attentive and we enjoyed our stay here very much. Only thing we disliked is not staying in Venice for a little while longer. It was a 10 min walk to Rialto and around 15min to St. Mark’s Basilica, with many restaurants around so it was very convenient. We could not have asked for a better host!

Fantastic location amazing apartment excellent host
We were surprised with the modernness of the apartment and how well stocked it was. Massimo met us late one evening because our train was late and he gave us a warm welcome and a lot of information. He was very responsive and his restaurant recommendations were fantastic! The location was excellent. The heat worked very well. We would stay again and highly recommend this apartment.

Wir waren als Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (9 und 12 Jahre)) 4 Tage in Venedig und können diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. Es ist alles da was man benötigt. Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind um die Ecke. Der Vermieter ist super nett, hilfsbereit und kommunikativ.

We loved staying in a less touristic neighbourhood. The apt is opposite a school and there are evening classes in the gym - it's a community hub. The bakery is yards from the door and the Co-op isn't far away. Massimo lives in another apt in the property and is an absolute mine of information - his family are Venetians of many generations. We're already looking forward to returning,

Lovely Apartment in a peaceful area. Excellent host.
A lovely autumnal week in beautiful Venezia. The apartment is very much as described, everything you need - plenty of space and is located in a quiet and traditional neighbourhood. Access to the apartment couldn't be easier, a 5 minute walk from either the second or third stop on the Alilaguna Airport Ferry/Bus (35 - 40 mins from Airport). There is an excellent bakers about 20 metres away, with some nice cafes, bars and restaurants all really close. The local eateries offer excellent food and value for money Easy walking distance to the popular sights - but also the more traditional and perhaps less seen and quieter parts of the area. Massimo is a lovely host and couldn't be more helpful - he is contactable if you need any help or guidance. We had a great week and would happily recommend. Grazie mille!!

Perfect apartment
This is the perfect apartment and host. Massimo provides everything you need to stay in Venice; map, places to visit and eat, map of vaparetto route etc. and is prepared to answer any questions. Kitchen is fully equipped, lovely cotton sheets on beds. He met us upon arrival and helped with luggage. Apartment is very clean. There was not a hot tub as advertised. I can't say enough good things about our host and apartment. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Venice.

Great place to stay
Great location. Short walk to Saint Mark's Basilica and Rialto bridge. We enjoyed the bakery that was steps from the apartment and there were many places to eat nearby. There is a small grocery store that is a 5 minute at most away. Our host was very helpful in guiding us to the apartment when we got lost when 1st arriving. We had plenty of room and the air conditioning worked great. Our host supplied a map which is essential for finding your way and also guided us to look not just at the map but land mark's to find your way. The apartment was quiet at night and during the day. We had a wonderful stay.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage
Moderne Wohnung, alles da, was man braucht! Sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der im gleichen Haus wohnt. Sogar Gummistiefel und Überzieher sind bereitgestellt, falls es mal richtig nass wird... Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

The best stay ever!
I booked at the beginning of February 2020. We know what happened then. Massimo was so helpful in accommodating me change the dates several times when pandemic restrictions meant travelling was challenging. The apartment is beautiful. Everything you could need is provided for. It is spotlessly clean. Massimo gave us fabulous advice on the bakery, shops etc. We stayed close to the city centre and getting to the apartment from the airport was a breeze as Massimo sent perfect instructions. It felt like we got to be Venetians for a few days with our very own slice of Venetian heaven. Thank you Massimo !

Perfect Venice apartment
My family of 6 stayed here very comfortably. My mom was with us and she lived near Venice at one point, this apartment got her stamp of approval :-). Location is excellent and the host is fantastic. Great recommendations of places to visit and eat from the host. I will stay here again when I return to Venezia for sure!

The host Massimo communicated with us with very helpful information throughout our booking. He was there to greet us when we arrived and helped with our luggage. Massimo had a map ready for us with places to visit and restaurants to eat at marked clearly. We were able to contact him at any time should we need anything but everything was perfect. Everything was very close in walking distance including the Rialto bridge and San Marco Square. A perfect place to stay. Top marks for Massimo.

Amazing appartement!!! Can’t beat the location too!!!
This has been one of my most favorite places I have stayed with airbnb. The space itself was Very clean, in the middle of Venice and yet very quiet, within walking distance to anything you would like to do in town!!! And one of the best bakery just around the corner!! Massimo was very welcoming and nice!! Best host ever!!Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants an amazing stay in Venice!!!

Es ist eine schöne und saubere Wohnung mit einem sehr sehr Gastfreundlichen Vermieter. In der Küche fanden wir alle alltäglichen Sachen wir Lappen, Spülmittel, Waschpulver, Kuchentücher und auch Öl, Salz, Zucker, Kaffee... Alles nicht zu viel und sehr ordentlich . 4 große Regenschirme, und sogar neuwertige Gummistiefel 😀😀😀 in unterschiedlichen Größen - hier ist an alles gedacht. Speziell für uns hat der Massimo eine Karte von Venedig vorbereitet - markiert wo das Haus, Supermarket, beste Restaurants, leckeres Eis, schöne Straßen und Aussichten sind. Vielen herzlichen Dank!!!

Love Stay & Great Host!
We are just packing up from a lovely stay in Massimo’s apartment. Massimo was great, meeting us from the boat stop to show us the way to the apartment (it is really easy from the airport by boat with not much walking). He explained everything about the apartment and left us with a map and recommendations for what to explore! He is always around the area, really friendly and always happy to help. Only thing to note is that the property lists a balcony, you can see from the picture that it isn’t a large balcony but a small one outside the lounge window, which is like a window seat. It fits two cushions you can sit on. It was fine for us and felt safe for our young kids! We would 100% recommend the apartment and Massimo as a host!
