    Au rez-de-chaussée se trouvent une grande cuisine entièrement équipée, accompagnée d'une spacieuse salle à manger.

    Complètent l'étage un home office, une chambre avec lits séparés, une salle de bain avec douche et une agréable cour intérieure où se détendre en plein air.

    L'étage supérieur accueille un grand salon, depuis lequel on accède à une grande terrasse privée donnant directement sur le campo, lieu idéal pour profiter de moments de tranquillité. La zone nuit comprend deux chambres confortables et deux salles de bain modernes, toutes deux équipées de douche.

    La propriété se trouve à Campo San Zan Degolà, une position stratégique qui permet de rejoindre facilement à la fois la gare des trains et celle des bus. Les principales attractions de Venise, comme la Piazza San Marco et le Pont du Rialto, sont accessibles par une agréable promenade, faisant de ce logement la solution parfaite pour vivre la ville en tout confort.

    Les check-in sont possibles de 15h à 19h. Les arrivées plus tardives sont possibles après accord et avec un supplément de 30,00€ pour les arrivées avant 22h ou 50,00€ avant 23h. Au check-in, le paiement de la taxe de séjour de 5€ par personne et par nuit sera demandé, et un contrat de location sera à remplir et signer, incluant les données d'une carte de crédit au nom des invités en garantie des dommages.

After a long day of travel it was so wonderful to have an easy water taxi arranged for us from the airport directly to the property. The rental agency took care of everything. The house rental representative met us at the home, gave us a tour and even was able to give us an early checkin. They made our transition to Venice easy and relaxing in every way. We would highly recommend this jewel of a home to any coming to visit Venice. It is a short and easy 15-20 min walk to any of the big tours. There are neighborhood restaurants close by as well as a grocery store VERY close by. The outside patio and porch are breezy, shaded and wonderful for afternoon snacks and wine. It was a dream vacation — hope to come back some day!

Absolutely stunning home in such a beautiful location with so many amenities, you’ll want to stay on the front balcony and sip coffee all day and just watch the world go by. Helpful hosts and convenient to restaurants, shops, and right on a canal so you can literally get a water taxi to your door. Simply bellissimo!

Just perfect

This was our second stay here, we love it so much. It’s away from the crowds and very spacious and comfortable with a balcony that is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening wine and watching the boats go by. Everything is perfect for our family stay and we hope to return again. A microwave would be a good addition to the kitchen.

This house was unbelievable! It’s like time stood still. Amazing condition. Quiet neighborhood. Walkable (about 1 mile to San Marco Square). Great property management. They helped us with any arrangements we needed. They arranged a water limo tour ending in a gondola ride. Well worth it. We’d stay there again.

Romantic Venice

Absolutely stunning property 100 meters south of the grand canal in Santa Croce. Very private campo on the edge of a small picturesque canal. The location is quiet and easily accessible to all of Venice. The house is literally museum quality with a lovely veranda overlooking the campo and canal. We loved everything about this place!

This place is flat out amazing in an amazing town. If you’ve been to Venice you probably don’t need much help to know what area you are in and that expansive well kept homes like this are rare in Venice. For the newbies - Venice is a life changing incredible experience. You’ll arrive either by train or airport. From there I suggest spending the 75-100eu to get a private boat taxi to this place, makes check in and finding it so super easy. Or for cheaper option, you can get a public ferry, which you’ll use tons once settled in. The public ferry is larger and goes along “grand canal,” the main wider canal that cut thru Venice and creates the district. If you’ve do this, learn the stops early and study the maps. probably about 5min walk to closest ferry stop. The place is gorgeous with 2 incredible patios one on street level and expansive terrace that overlooks a canal. Very dreamy. You are in a quieter neighborhood district about a 15min walk to St Marks area, which is much busier tourist locations. Fun to see, but even better to get out and feel the quiet parts of Venice on your return home. Violin player in mornings directly outside in square. Gondolas going right by terrace, incredible restaurants and gondola stops 5 min walk to place. I can’t say enough about Venice our this place. The hosting management company is super helpful and quick to respond. They even arrange our taxis for us both pick up and departure. For a group or family of 4 like us, this place is it!!

We were excited to stay in Venice and enjoy the city but also have space to relax. My first concern was not wanting to carry my luggage through the city. This home has a direct water drop off so the private water taxi from the airport was a dream. They help schedule it and communicated so clearly how to find the taxi in the airport. It is worth the extra money to take the private taxi here. I will also say that if you are arriving by train our friends walked easily in about 10 minutes to get to the train station from this home. The home is beautiful and quiet. The patios give you a space to be outside and enjoy the weather and sounds. It felt like you were a local staying here. The home is clean, large and having three bathrooms was a bonus with 6 people staying there. We did not use the kitchen but they have everything you need. The decorations are beautiful and again really make you feel like you are a local. The location for getting around the city was exactly what I wanted. It is an easy walk to St. Marks, (20 minutes), ferry to Murano and Burano, train station, and walking to Accademia bridge to see the new Chihuly exhibit. There are also tons of more local restaurants nearby that offer the same quality of food without the high tourist area prices. They also helped me schedule my ferry back to airport which was a huge relief. This is a great location and I highly recommend it if you are visiting Venice.

Oasis in Venice

An amazing house, in a great location in Venice. Perfect for a longer or shorter stay, we enjoyed using the well appointed kitchen, the comfortable living space, and even the balconies, despite it being December. The master bedroom mattress was okay, but not great.

One of a kind!

This is a unique Venice home, beautiful and in the perfect location. Interior is beautiful and very Venetian. Our only complaint is the beds were incredibly hard and no one slept well because of those. Fortunately the home and its location made that worth it!

Amazing stay in Venice!!!

If I could give the home more than 5 stars, I would. We had everything that we needed and the home is right on a canal. We would sit on the patio after a long day of exploring and watch the gondolas come down the canal with all of their passengers! We were wishing walking distance of everything but far enough way from the hussle and bussle if the grand canal traffic. Amazing house and amazing stay!!

This property is in a great location and provides all the amenities you need to have a comfortable, safe base for exploring Venice. Though we walked nearly everywhere and took the commercial water buses using our passes - the property includes easy access on a canal so private water taxis can also be used! A real gem for exploring Venice with all the amenities!!

Beautiful home in great location

We visited Venice as part of a multi country family journey. The city and accommodations were our favorite! Plenty of room with the best air-conditioning in all of Europe! Quiet neighborhood on a canal with restaurants and grocery store nearby. Neighborhood festival was going on during our visit. Not in touristy area so we felt like we really experienced Venice. Highly recommend!

A Venetian Beauty

This home transports you immediately to the grandeur of Venice. It is so welcoming and relaxing but very well appointed. The private courtyard couldn't be more inviting. Unfortunately we were only able to stay for two days. Two days or two weeks - this is the one to choose!
