„The apartment consists of two stories. Downstairs kitchen and living room and upstairs two bedrooms. The location is one block from The beach which is fantastic and parking is behind the building, very close. Staff is very friendliy and the apartment was clean. The fully equipped kitchen including laundry and drier really came in useful. Would definitely recommend to stay here. Som Furniture was a bit worn but overall really excellent place.“

„We had a very comfortable stay over 4th of July weekend. We were 2 adults and 3 kids ages 10 and under. The second bedroom has a bunk bed that actually provides 3 beds - a double bed bottom with a twin top bunk and a twin trundle pull out under the double. The condo is well stocked with beach equipment (photo attached). It’s an easy walk across the street to the sandy beach. “

„The condo was beautiful and very well furnished. The deck was great to sit with morning coffee and evening cocktails. This is a family friendly building on a public beach, not very private or quiet. That is not a negative and the location is ideal for bars and restaurants. The management company was friendly and very responsive. “

„This was an awesome property. We totally enjoyed our stay. Had a little issue with the tv remote but it was resolved almost immediately. Any questions i had were answered in 10 minutes or less via email. The area of carpinteria is wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet even on the weekend. The beach is 5star a-mazing. „We loved the location! Great fun riding our Boogie Boards on the waves, playing Beach Volleyball and Horseback Riding on Summerland Beach! Our accommodations were comfortable and clean. Easy walk to restaurants and ice cream at Rori's. Highly recommend for a family beach vacation.“

„Our stay started off with the owner allowing us to check in a bit early which was awesome! Communication was great and every detail was covered. We had a great weekend enjoying the beach just a half block away and walking to restaurants and shops that were all very close by. We even spent a little time relaxing at the pool. The place was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Definitely recommend this spot!! Thank you to the owner for making this a terrific birthday weekend ...

"Die Lage mit dem Blick auf den Hafen ist traumhaft Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels, in denen wir auf unserer vierwöchigen Reise ĂŒbernachtet haben, hat das FrĂŒhstĂŒck, das hier extra angepriesen war, eher enttĂ€uscht. Als wir dort waren, war das Hotel ausgebucht, was vielleicht auch mit Grund war, dass vieles immer gerade leer war, wobei man das ja eigentlich ĂŒberblicken kann , wenn man als Haus seine Buchungen sieht. Pancakes und Speck wurden auch nicht nachgelegt, es gab einen Toaster fĂŒr alle, zu dem die Mitarbeirerin direkt sagte, dass er alt und langsam sei. Es bildeten sich also lange Schlangen vor diesem einen Toaster. Kakaopulver gab es nur auf Nachfrage. Es war ok, wir sind satt geworden, haben es aber in anderen HĂ€usern zu einem deutlich gĂŒnstigeren Übernachtungspreis besser, gewissenhafter und serviceoriwntierter erlebt. Das mit dem Papp- und Plastikgeschirr ist in den USA halt offensichtlich so, das haben wir bis auf einmal immer so erlebt."
