« I loved the fireplace,whirlpool for two and amazing view of the mountains from the balcony. Be aware as it is shoulder season, the market, restaurant and shop were all closed and the resort is being renovated. I would definitely go back as it was a wonderful break without the amenities! »

« Checking awful.we were not registered. I booked a room premium with balcony. Room dark up the ski store rental with no view and no balcony.the worst room in the hotel i guess.when we check out they charged the 2 nights!! Forget the check in team at aspen st regis. »

« Master bedroom tub had hair and soap scum in it. Bathroom sink drains very slowly. Hairdryer did not work. Exhaust fan very noisy. Bathroom rug is dirty and should be replaced. Window in adjoining suite has to be pushed closed from the outside. Mold in sauce pan in cupboard. Dogfood on the floor. No communication with the host after we booked the condo. « Superbe hôtel, très bien situé au coeur de la nature. tout est beau et les chambres sont très spacieuses et bien équipée. le service est impeccable et tout est fait pour s'y plaire. idéla en hiver car la station de ski est belle. En été, c'est très joli aussi, il y a de nombreuses balades. Hôtel à ne pas manquer!!! »
