Only complaint is the shower did not have much water pressure and the floor in the room was slippery probably used a dirty mop. Overall the hotel was clean.

Luis was very nice and helpful at checkin. The bed was really soft. It was decent for a one night stay. The tub had a dirt ring around it, the fridge was not cleaned out, and the carpeted steps (no elevator) were filthy. Luckily, the rooms do not have carpet. I’d stay for one night again, but I wish they would clean the carpets and the grounds of the exterior.

This is an older hotel, located directly behind a car wash and restaurant. The guest room smelled like an old cleaning rag; the air conditioning was inadequate, even for the month of April. The room was clean and spacious. For a woman traveling alone, I do NOT recommend this hotel. The parking lot had several service vehicles with men standing around drinking beer. None were impolite but I was concerned that one of the hotel staff was obviously enjoying the evening with the men and a bit intoxicated himself. The staff overall were very pleasant and eager to please.

Upon arrival we were greeted by staff. The grounds, lobby area and carpet was clean. Front desk clerk was customer friendly and knowledgable. The hotel looks like the website photos. The room was clean, spacious and clean smelling. A large screen TV and a great makeup light in the bathroom. Breakfast had many options - hot and cold by 8:45 it was cooling down and not enough - the taste was very good. I would recommend this hotel to travelers. Breakfast hours very inconvenient for travelers :6 am 9 am even on weekends.

As soon as I enter the lobby, I felt like it's home away from home. It's clean and smells fresh. The staff are nice and breakroom was stocked with free coffee and tea. Our room was clean and smells really nice with toiletries neatly provided as well. Although is was an hour away from where we are supposed to attend business to, it didnt' matter because everything about this property was great. I will definitely consider this hotel again in the future when we need to stay around Statesborough area. The drive was nothing compared to the relaxing and safe feeling we got while staying at this property.

There was food left in the microwave and black hairs in the bathroom. We booked this hotel solely for the indoor pool and upon arrival found out it’s closed until May. My little ones are devastated.

DONT DO IT
Floor was dirty, people were loud at night, and someone tried to come in my room. I wouldn’t suggest staying here if you want a nights rest, especially if your room is by the stairs. A man (maybe the owner) roams around staring at you in the parking lot and halls. Kinda creepy. I wouldn’t recommend.

I had to make a last minute trip to Vidalia, so this was the only hotel with rooms available. Their website indicated that they had been recently renovated, so I thought it would be okay. Cable and internet are terrible. The room TV was new, but the picture quality was like something from the 90s. The internet speed was also very slow. It was faster to just use my phone as a hot spot. The last straw was when a roach ran across my bathroom sink while I was getting ready in the morning.

Started bad ended okay
I was called the day of my check in and was told they overbooked. They then asked if I absolutely had to have two beds I informed them yes I needed two beds they said okay we will handle it. I get there to check in and was told sorry they shouldn’t have told you that and handed me a key to a single king bed room. The frustrating part was that they informed me over the phone they would handle it then when I check in they spring this on me. At the time it was too late to go somewhere else. Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. Due to an inventory glitch in the system on 1/19/24 that showed that we had 10 more non smoking doubles than we actually have in the hotel, we were overbooked by those 10 rooms. I do apologize again for not being able to get you in a room with 2 beds that first night. I'm glad you survived the cold ride back home yesterday.

It is comfortable, clean and the breakfast is good. Highly recommend. We drove an extra 45 minutes to stay here again after our last hotel experience in Statesboro.

Super nice and seemed updated. Only downside was a very slight strange smell in the halls (might be a cleaning supply they were using).

Everything was well done. The accommodations were large, spacious and clean. Amenities were great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay! My pup enjoyed it as well, and thankful we had a nice place for her to stay comfortably during the day.
