5. Moving furniture is not permitted.
6. Quiet hours in the building are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

- Check out on time – Check-out is by 11:00 AM. A late check-out fee may apply.
- No smoking – Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. A €350 fee may apply for violations.
