TERRIBLE electrics, BEAUTIFUL flat.We stayed in this apartment for around 3 weeks, having selected it for its location and fast WiFi (essential for working).What unfolded was a disaster as the electrics tripped the entire circuit (including the WiFi) around 3 times per day. We were told not to use too many appliances insinuating it was OUR fault, however we never did. The electrics for this flat are shared with the apartment below (where the fuse box is located), so when the power trips you can’t even turn it back on from within the flat, leaving us having to message on vrbo multiple times a day with sometimes hours before a response no power. Every response I received from rentalgest did nothing solve or help. The never once sent an electrician out or did anything practical to solve the problem, meaning our entire holiday was messaging them.The electrics tripped so many times it ruined important work calls, turned off in the middle of baking cakes and when it was fully dark outside leaving us in pitch black. We had to use our 5G and pay data roaming fees to hotspot work calls. Towards the end of our stay they offered us another apartment to stay, however this apartment was much smaller with a worse view in a worse location. I had to request compensation and they ignored this request multiple times (most companies would have offered it upfront!) and at the end they said they would compensate however I have not received a PENNY.
