The beach is quiet, only a couple of other families even during a peak week in July - some days we had the beach entirely to ourselves! Waves were calm, you will not be surfing here, but it is perfect for a young child's visit to the ocean, and great for frisbee, kites, and waveballs. The cottage was very well maintained and clean. « The house is adorable and the beds were actually comfortable. Very clean and close to everything. The AC units definitely kept it cool enough to where you can actually turn it off at night and have the fans circulate the air. The kitchen and dining table are surrounded by windows so if you want that sun shining through while you eat breakfast, this is the place to be. Also Angela was very accommodating when it came to parking and ensuring the guest had a parking pass for their stay. Loved...

« Nice home with all the amenities. The home was very clean, but the living room was much smaller than I expected, the beds upstairs had plastic mattress covers on them and were hot and uncomfortable to the ladies that stayed in those rooms. The water and the bathroom showers was really hot and had to turn it down quite far to be comfortable. The stairs are quite narrow and not easy to carry luggage up and down the stairs. The backyard grass was high and had not been mowed so we didn’t use that...

« First experience with VRBO. So we went for a supper host to make sure we are getting what we see. Place is very close to beach, excellent for that. It says parking available but in reality, it is in the street, in busy season, may not be that obvious to find parking. But what we did not like was the furniture, old and dirty. « Rebecca was an amazing host. Great communication from before to after our stay. This place is great for 2. The unit was private and the area was peaceful. Only a 2 block walk to the beach. If you like to be away from the boardwalk crowd, this is the place for you. Would definitely stay here again. A heads up that if you plan on cooking here, you may want to bring your own cookware since the supplies are limited, but otherwise I would give it an A+! »

« I traveled with my family of 4 and a dog. We truly had a blast. This little house was perfect for us. I loved the fact it was so clean, had a big and spacious back yard and it was very well located within a 25 minutes driving distance from the main tourist attractions ( stone harbor beach, Cape May, Wildwood boardwalk, Light house etc) . « Our family of 5 and our dog stayed at the cottage the week of July 4th and had an amazing time. The beach is a natural beach so the sand isn't as clean, however we found that meant a lot more shells to collect! We have stayed in DE at various rentals and this was one of our favorites. The kitchen was well stocked and we didn't have to worry about having seasonings or the right cookware because it was all there for us. The location is amazing and we really enjoyed being able to run back and forth...

"L’accès à la plage est proche. Vu sur l’océan en souper le soir est bien. Table de ping long intéressante. Piscine standard comme partout à wildwood mais très bien pour une famille. Etat vétuste des lieux. Du vieux tapis qui n’a pas été changé depuis 20ans minimum. Des frigo rouillées. Serviette supposé neuve mais taché de sang ou de rouille donc qui ont été trop utilisé avec le temps. Robinet qui ne ferme pas étanche. Bruit de toilette intense qui perdure durant la nuit, nous avons dû fermer tous les conduits la nuit pour éviter le bruit. Dame âgée ( Karen style ) à l’accueil qui refuse de nous donner le mot de passe wifi alors que les autres employés sont très courtois et gentils. Outils de bbq non présent autour des BBQ. Les BBQ fonctionnent bien au gaz. Cela fait 30ans que je vais à Wildwood en essayant plusieurs motels différents et il s’avère le pire que j'ai connu. Certains étages ont de la céramique ce qui rend l’expérience probablement mieux….6.2/10"
