Hôtel près de Ville Côtière, Shenzhen, Shenzhen

« Wonderful! The room was incredible, the people were kind and friendly, we could walk to shopping, massage, and it was safe. The staff goes all out to help -- even take the luggage from the taxi and bring it all the way to the room. This was not a bellman, but the manager of the hotel herself! She was awesome! The bed was super soft and we wanted to sleep all day, the food at the restaurant was excellent, and the gym was clean and well organized. We will stay here when we go again for sure. »

« An exceptional stay defined by sharp, confident aesthetics. The hotel stands out immediately for its design—the material palette is effortlessly cool, striking, and executed with serious intention. From the textures of the raw surfaces to the subtle ambient scent that anchors the entrance, the curation is spot-on. The room itself is wonderfully spacious, beautifully balanced, and finished with meticulous attention to detail. The service matches the caliber of the space, thanks entirely to Jacky....

« Wonderfully located. Beautiful architecture. Lovely rooms in size and quality. Very poor English usage though »

« Never stayed at an Andaz property before but this will change. The design is gorgeous, I felt like I was in a beach house the whole time at the property. The room was well made and maintained. Book the panoramic suite, it’s worth it. The mini buffet in the lobby doesn’t hurt either. Dining was great, although breakfast can be a little cramped. Staff is wonderful and obviously well trained. Though still below the personalised service expected from the ultra luxury chains, Andaz Shenzhen is...

« Convenient location and it was a valuable experience staying in this hotel. We would stay again in the near future. »

« Finding the hotel was the first step as Hotel.com didn't provide the address OR even the hotel name in local language. Arriving there, the hotel had a nice lobby, however the staff didn't find my booking even while giving them my passport. It took quiet a long time to check in then. Wifi didn't work neither on my computer nor on my iPhone and no IT to solve the pb. The staff was patient and polite though, besides the lack of solutions. Hotel offered to provide me a free breakfast that I didn't...

« Super! »

« Bel hôtel avec une grande chambre. Check in et out rapide.

« The location wasn’t the best but if u take cab around it’s fine. The breakfast is awful, don’t bother wasting stomach space. Overall, it’s a decent hotel. »

« 呢個品牌嘅酒店好多間，呢間係稍為遜色的 »

« The room was spacious and clean. All the staff there is nice. However, the staff did not tell us what facilities were included. The drinks in the fringe are free. But the staff did not made know to us until we rang and asked. The breakfast was very very local and choices are very very limited. Quantity was also horrible as the local travelers take a lot. I only have a cup of coffee and that is. »

« very quiete hotel linked to a mall. Nice large rooms. few employees speak English but we can manage. »

« 房間煙味很重，久久不散。空調温度調不了。服務員態度很好。 »
