Hôtel près de Virginia Air and Space Center, Hampton, Hampton

« Chambre Super propre et très beau. Agréable séjour! De belles fenêtres avec des vues sur la marina! Wow! Nous avons par contre trouver les ascenseur très long à monter et descendre, presque non fonctionnel, sur 3 ascenseurs en face, seulement un marchait temps plein, l’autre par intermittence. Un employé nous a fait passer par un ascenseur de service pour nous accommoder! Merci! »

« Insalubre, drap et serviette salle et taché, Téleviseur ne fonctionnait pas et tout était crasseux. Dégueulasse comme endroit. Je ne conseil à personne de séjourner la bas »

« The office and the room had a vile oder. After checking in the staff said she had to go change the sheets. When she gave me the room there was feces all over the toilet, the shower was dirty, the bed had a flat sheet that didn't fit, the microwave and fridge was dirty. »

« We wanted to be in the Hampton area for a concert. Hyatt was perfect, the room was so clean and the staff was top tier. The only thing I did not like was the food. The wings were a nightmare, my Caesar salad was trash. But our bartender was so kindled. Mr. Dana was so professional and kind. We will be back I just won’t order food lol. They have these peanut butter cookies though they are to die for!! Overall great place to stay!! And affordable »

« I noticed stains on curtains and on the walls in the hallway leading to our room. Furniture and decor looked outdated. Also I did not enjoy paying $5 a night for self parking. Average experience. »

He is really not a good business man don't go there pay a little more. Also they never cleaned our room we were there for 9 days and leaved before the end because the owner doesn't help at all »
