This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property while visiting VA Beach. The unit is comfortable, clean, and a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Great location as well, a quick walk to restaurants and other attractions. Would highly recommend for couples or small families.

This was the 1st time my family and I stayed at this property. We thoroughly enjoyed our time! It was clean and we were very comfortable. The proximity to the oceanfront was perfect! Having access to the garage with 2 grills, coolers, beach chairs, etc was awesome! Also having a washer and dryer in the condo, was very helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect VA Beach getaway

Everything was comfortable, clean and well appointed. There was a selection of books, games, and even a puzzle and playing cards. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes and cooking items. Fresh bed linens and towels from a service were already delivered prior to our check in. Each of the two bedrooms have their own bathroom, and there’s an additional half bath downstairs as well.The property is perfectly located close to everything yet still relatively quiet and in a safe area, but it was still nice to be able to park the car in the garage at night for added security.Margie is a pleasure to work with! Best vacation I’ve had in quite some time!

Best Fireworks View Ever—Hands Down!

Even though we’re locals, we stayed here due to a house fire—and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The place is spacious, with plenty of room for all of us to relax and lounge. It's close to the boardwalk and surrounded by great food options. We were lucky to be here for the 4th of July, and the fireworks view was honestly the best we've ever seen. Margie made everything easy—check-in and check-out were smooth, and she was incredibly professional and accommodating. We’re so grateful for the comfort and care during a tough time.

Wonderful place... Wonderful location. Clean, quiet and everything provided made things so easy for me bringing my two grand daughters. Had our own air show with the military planes flying over everyday! That was icing on the cake for me! Walking to beach was no problem. Family Vacation

The homebwas very nice, very clean, had all the ammenities ypu could want including beach chairs, wagon, etc so you dont havebto pack your own, which is awsome if your driving so you dont have to pack your own! This unit also provides everthing needed if you are traveling with a baby or toddler, such as a gate, high chair and more. The only thing i would recommend changing is the keyed entry, in my opinion a keypad is easier to use than physical keys. Overall awesome place to stay.

Nice condo but we are owed a refund by the property manager

This condo is nicely appointed and in a good location - a quick walk to the beach, as well as lots of shops and restaurants. The inside is mostly redone and includes most things a family would need for a casual stay in a beach town. The reason why I am leaving an overall negative review is that we booked this property and the listing clearly stated that linens and towels were included in our stay. We were surprised when we were notified a few days prior to arrival that we’d be responsible for either bringing linens with us from Michigan or renting them (at an additional cost) through a linen rental company. We were frustrated, but went ahead and placed an order with the linen company and paid $120. We also brought an extra set of king sheets in our suitcase to avoid the extra $25-$30 cost for that set. The day we checked in, the property manager called and said her office had mixed things up and our rental should have included the linens, but there was nothing they could do to cancel our linen order. She said she’d work on getting us a refund. I have followed up with her twice and not even received an acknowledgement back. I feel I have no choice but to write this in an online review - I don’t want others to have this same experience. The property manager screwed up and they should provide some type of refund/credit to us for their error. That is basic customer service.

AMAZING!!

Great place!! It's at the beach end of the complex, making the walk down to the shore a simple and short one. The garage is clean and spacious and includes beach gear like chairs, sand mats and carts. The house is GORGEOUS!!! Pictures do not do this place justice! It smelled really clean and fresh and had all of the extras that other places usually require you bring. There were cleaning supplies, garbage bags, TP, paper towels and even beach towels. The washer and dryer upstairs between the bedrooms came in handy every day of our stay for getting the sand out of our beach gear. The air conditioning worked like a dream and the 2.5 baths made life with our two kids so so much easier than staying in a hotel. The kitchen has great appliances, including a dishwasher. We cooked every day to save some money. The kitchen also included everything, including pots and pans, dishes, silverware, even storage containers. We dined out a few nights and really enjoyed "Chix On the Beach", were kind of disappointed with the prices at "Fishbones" and really enjoyed "Duck Donuts" for a yummy breakfast treat. If you are looking for an place that includes location, function, comfort and price, look no further!!! I had questions throughout the week and also got a speedy reply back and felt very safe at the property as well. I wish that I could give more stars!!

Great place, Great location!

This condo was clean and was well stocked with everything from kitchen supplies to beac supplies. It was in a great location for so many things in Virginia Beach and for exploring the surrounding areas. It was a pleasure working with Ms. Chapman, she answered all of our questions in a timely matter. Definitely adding to my list for Virginia Beach.

Nice But!

Day one after check in we made our way to beach/ boardwalk when we experienced what appeared to be a homeless individual shouting expletives into space. My wife was startled and frightened as she grasped my arm tightly. Upon further travel down the board there were many more to be seen. The jets , weather and eateries were nice. The decking at the house could use some professional maintenance. The town itself was too noisy for our liking. Mostly cars with modified mufflers and motorcycles.

Wonderful property and location

This is definitely the nicest spot my wife and I have stayed at in Virginia Beach, and the price was absolutely right. The townhome was only a short walk to a lovely stretch of beach that was consistently less crowded than other areas north or south all week. It had plenty of space for us, and was clean and quiet. The owners provided everything needed to set up on the beach for the day. We would absolutely stay here again.

Overall, a nice place and a nice area. We were a bit disappointed at the cleanliness of the place when we arrived (sand on the floors, large dead bug in closet). Some maintenance issues needed to be addressed as well (front deck rail loose, back deck slimy). A nice place but room for improvement.

Perfect Stay

My family has been coming to VA beach for many years, and this is the 4th property that we've stayed at through VRBO. This was one of the best places that we've stayed. The location was located just a short walk to the beach. The amenities provided were great to have - beach items, towels, linens, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. We will be staying at this property again.

Great location

We loved staying here. The house is in great location to the boardwalk and the beach. Plenty of places to walk to for stores, dinner, ice cream, mini golf etc. The beach is a straight shot 2 streets over, took like 3 minutes to get to it. The house was exactly as pictured and has everything we needed from great kitchen utensils, plates, pans to all the beach stuff you could ask for. We always bring our own but If we come back we know now we won’t have to. They had chairs, coolers, carts to carry everything in. 10/10 would stay here again. Thank you for a great place to stay for our family vacation!

Clean safe home in a GREAT location

This was a clean, safe, well-maintained home in a great location. We were 2 blocks from the beach, centrally located, in a safe neighborhood. Many restaurant options were very close by. We went to Pocahontas Pancakes, Rays-Rays, Mosaic Café and Don Taylors for breakfasts and Oscars, Mannino's and Watermans for dinners. Many options for fast food, ice cream treats, bars, attractions and souvenir shops were all within easy walking distance. My family of 5 adults found this home to be comfortable and exactly as pictured. We had everything we could have wanted provided for us, except food/drinks. We especially appreciated the beach items: towels, cart, chairs, coolers and sand mat. Though we did not have children traveling with us at this time, we saw that the owners/managers thoughtfully provided baby equipment as well. Our weather was great the week we visited, but there were plenty of rainy-day activities provided: books, cable tv, and games. Not to be overlooked was the fact that 2 free parking areas were provided (we noted that parking in the area was $10-$20). All of our questions were promptly answered and communication with the managers of the property were easy. I would highly recommend this property.
