The house we we happy with, great kitchen, stocked well with about anything you could need. Views were wonderful. Plenty of space everywhere in house, bedrooms good size, bathrooms need safety bars in shower and a few handicapped bathrooms. We had one fall in bathroom which she broke her arm. We also ha 3 falls on main stairway. Need better lighting, the last step is an optical illusion, blends into the floor and the railing stops before last step which makes you think you are at bottom. Need final step to be brown. Had some leaks in kitchen sink and a bedroom ceiling but both stopped eventually. The pool was only used on day due to cool rainy weather but strongly suggest that a hand rail be placed on steps to help getting in and out of pool. Also put depth of pool somewhere on pool. Would also recommend either a front door ramp for handicap entry or a sidewalk back to patio so someone in wheelchair could use house. Despite the bad weather we really enjoyed our time Dolphins Jumping and with some safety updates we would use again.
