The Space:

This entire beach house has been renovated and Lazy Day-Z is all-new from top to bottom, inside and out! There are six bedrooms with four-and-a-half baths that include two downstairs king suites with baths in a 1,000-square-foot addition and a large game room. You'll also find a half bath leading out to a brand new single-depth pool, an outdoor shower, and a six-car driveway. There is an under-deck bar with party lights complete with a sink, a refrigerator, and a TV sheltered from the rain. The second floor includes four bedrooms with two full baths. There is a great layout with an open concept and a new well-equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and a double convection oven.
