« Visited Ashnil as part of a longer trip. The other Lodges have excellent dinner and lunch meals and service. Here, we were told on arrival that each sitting would cost us a small fortune for what turned out to be very mediocre meals. You are in the middle of nowhere, so paying for these meals left a bitter taste in the mouth for a one-night stay. Service was inferior, period. The bathrooms are horrible - see photos. « The animals truly do walk by this location OFTEN! As soon as I checked in I saw elephants, giraffes, monkeys, and zebras with the first hour. Sitting in your own private pool to view the wildlife was the cherry on top. Even though you're in a secluded area, Manyatta Camp offers extremely reasonable prices for their food and drinks. « The staff at the house that are fantastic job and was quick to greet us and make us their extremely welcome. The pictures don't do justice to the amenities inside the home or it's comfort. I would definitely go out of my way to pick this one again. And extremely close to the park. »

« What a joke this place was. Worst place have ever stayed, anywhere, including Africa. Firstly, no address provided, as they don’t have one. Tried to request address by email. No reply. The day of checking in, tried to call to get their address, multiple times. Firstly reckoned there was no booking. Then refused to answer the calls.
