The flat hotel is only 230m. from the beach!
Our flat house is located in the centre of Nea Vrasna. Very quiet and yet very central. The 8 km long sandy beach is only 4 - 5 minutes walk (230m.). All shopping facilities as well as bars and the many taverns are within walking distance. The bakery is only 100 metres from the house. Thessaloniki airport is 90 km away. You can reach the airport in one hour via the new A2 motorway.
In the flower-filled courtyard there is a house bar with a cosy seating area, an outdoor shower, a drinks machine with cold water which our guests can use free of charge and a small lawn for playing and relaxing.
The triple room studio/apartment is approx. 27 square metres in size and is located on the first floor of the house. It has a room with a double bed (160 x 200), a sofa bed for one person and a ground-floor shower/WC. The adjoining kitchenette with fridge and induction hob is equipped with various crockery. A beautiful, large balcony with a view of the inner courtyard is also part of this cosy studio.
Nea Vrasna is a quiet and cosy village right by the sea. The beach is 8 kilometres long and very wide. So there is enough space for everyone to enjoy a relaxing day at the beach. With its car-free beach promenade, Nea Vrasna is very popular with families with children. It invites you to stroll and wander around. Northern Greece is very green due to the rainy winter months. This is also beautifully reflected in the surrounding mountains. They shine like emerald forests in the sun and invite you to go hiking in the spring months of April/May.
