  • Explorez l'île depuis ce condo situé en front de mer à Ma'alaea, à proximité de la plupart des attractions de Maui avec un temps de trajet de 15 à 40 minutes. (Hana céleste et le sommet de Haleakala sont plus loin, mais ça vaut le détour). Le complexe est isolé, calme et offre un bon rapport qualité-prix. Il y a une cuisine complète pour préparer les repas; il a même une laveuse / sécheuse pour plus de commodité. Une chambre a un lit king size, l’autre a des jumeaux, et il ya un canapé-lit dans le salon, ce qui rend l’unité confortable pour un maximum de 6 personnes. Ce condo a une vue imprenable sur le terrain, piscine chauffée et le meilleur de tous, le magnifique bleu du Pacifique; de là, vous pourrez observer toute l'activité sur la baie: bateaux de port, surfeurs, pagayeurs et baleines en hiver! Les téléviseurs AC, à écran plat avec câble complémentaire, Internet haut débit et le WIFI gratuit vous gardent au frais, connectés et confortables.

    La propriété a un bel aménagement paysager, une piscine chauffée, un espace barbecue et de nombreuses chaises longues: tout est en front de mer! La plage elle-même est une merveille de sérénité au sable blanc. C'est un endroit peu fréquenté, parfait pour prendre le soleil, nager, faire du body surf, faire de la plongée en apnée et observer les tortues de mer d'Hawaï somnolant sur le sable! Deux zones à proximité sont à explorer absolument - à l'ouest, se trouve le port, où les excursions partent pour la plongée en apnée, les voiles au coucher du soleil et les aventures hivernales d'observation de baleines. Profitez des boutiques, des restaurants et visitez l’Aquarium de Maui, c’est très impressionnant! À l'est se trouve Sugar Beach, une étendue de terre et de sable non aménagés, longue de 2,5 km, et offrant une vue imprenable sur l'océan. C’est parfait pour les joueurs de plage!

Provided us with a great jumping off point for exploring the island and going on a snorkel tour. Great pool and barbeque area with the beach right there!

Great location

My family loved our stay here. The location was great, the view was amazing and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the beach chairs, sand toys and even life jackets were available! Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for family vacation on the beach.

Amazing location just a few steps from a great beach. Spacious condo with great view of the ocean and sunsets. Washer and dryer inside also make it very convenient. Our family of 5 had a wonderful time.

Maui Family Vacation

We had a great time. The property was close to all the things we wanted to do. We did a whale watching adventure and a fishing trip both out of the harbor down the street from the property. There is also a very large beach a few hundred yards from the property.

Perfect Location

We stayed in the 2 bed/ 2 bath condo #316 and it was great! It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. We were able to wash a load of beach towels daily. The location was perfect.

Great Place

We loved the condo and the property. The beach nearby was within close walking distance. We liked using the outdoor grill area and pool. The only thing we mentioned was that it would be nice to have restaurants within walking distance. At least it was only a short drive to have a nice selection of restaurants. Overall, we LOVED our stay and have already talked about coming back.

Love this complex

We love staying in Kanai a Nalu in Maalaea. We dislike a lot of touristy beaches and love that Sugar Beach is so close. Location is close to everything as long as you don’t mind driving. Sad to see Beach albums closed but harbor and aquarium within walking distance. Thanks for having us.

Lovely, relaxing location

The view of the ocean was amazing. The grounds were very well kept by hardworking, very friendly people. The condo was well equipped and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay. I suggest two improvements: 1) The carpets should be replaced by tiles to improve the cleanliness 2) The second bedroom should have an air condition unit. I would recommend this place to other visitors.

Our original reservations for this trip fell through less than 2 months before our arrival. We were so thankful to find this listing, and even more thankful when we arrived to find the perfect condo in an amazing location. Everything about this unit and the grounds was superb! Pretty much OK but a couple issues.

Facility was easy to find and was as described. But the master bedroom had no hand towels or washcloths when we arrived, but we did find a basket of them in the 2nd bedroom after a day or two. Master bed room chest of drawers bottom drawer had mouse droppings in it, but we did not see any active house mousses, so they may have been there for a while, Also, the MB closet, which was huge, we were afraid to use because both of the hanging doors were off their tracks and we were afraid they would fall on us.We are in Maui 3 or four times a year using VRBO or other services and this is the first time we have not had a rice cooker as part of the provided kitchen equipment. It's Hawaii, rice is a big thing!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent experience at kan316 with Destination Maui. They were professional, responsive and accommodating to requests. The place was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Sofa bed was comfortable enough (a bit saggy but concerns for the week). Bathrooms are a bit dated but functional/clean. Washer and dryer were very handy (although they only take small loads). We were able to park 2 cars though only one was guaranteed (lot wasn’t full probably because our trip was in May). Location is great for those with an active itinerary. You could even walk to the aquarium or harbour and take the bus if you didn’t have a car for the day.

The accommodations are good for 4 people (though 6 probably won't be bad).Minor issues. The check-in instructions failed to mention that once the code is entered, one has to lift up (instead of pushing down) the handle. We had to call the emergency line, which on the first try, the person did not pick up, leading to some anxious moments. This piece of important info should be in both the e-mail that we got as well as in the separate text that was sent to us.Another annoyance is that all the pots and pans are badly scratched. Given that we tended to eat breakfast at the unit, it made us cringe a bit in using it.Despite these little issues, we had a good time.
