« This was the worst experience staying at a hotel I think I've ever experienced. The night we checked in there was a cockroach in the bathroom. I went to the front desk and requested to change rooms, they obliged but put me in a room that wreaked of smoke and you could literally see the haze of smoke coming from the next room.
