Our flat, located on the first floor, covers an area of approx. 70m². The cosy eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, toaster and kettle - everything you need for self-catering. An inviting dining area and a flatscreen TV make the room perfect for cosy evenings in. The adjoining bathroom has a shower, washbasin, hairdryer and washer/dryer. The separate WC and a comfortably furnished bedroom with an extra bed and space for a cot complete the interior of our flat.

Outside, a spacious balcony facing south-west invites you to relax. Equipped with a table, chairs and a parasol, you can enjoy the sun and the tranquillity of Winkl here. The flat also offers easy access with no incline and includes amenities such as free Wi-Fi and a handy ski boot dryer to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The lake is only about 1 km away, and we offer free bathing tickets for the lake promenade, the eastern shore and the outdoor pools in Kössen and Reit im Winkl. Explore the village centre with its shopping facilities and restaurants, which can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. There is also a riding stable, a tennis centre and several golf courses in the immediate vicinity, offering every guest the opportunity to pursue their individual interests.
