1. Stay Sunday
Stay SundayVieille ville de Zurich
8.6 sur 10, Excellent, (47 avis)
« This was one of the most affordable properties we found in Zurich. The room we stayed in had one bed, a sofa couch, and kitchen. The space was exactly what we needed. The AC unit provided is one that uses a tube through a window, meaning you have to have the window open in order to use it. This wasn't a huge issue since it was a little chilly during our stay so we didn't have to use it the whole time. This building is near nightlife though, so just be mindful that if you do need to open a window...

« Il n'est pas pensable qu'une note de 8.5 ait été attribuée à ce logement. Le ménage n'est pas fait correctement, des papiers trainaient sous le canapé et sous les lits sur une épaisse couche de poussière. Le mobilier est neuf mais la cuisine et la salle de bain sont à refaire. Les appartements sont très mal isolés en termes de bruits.
La proximité du tramway est cependant appréciable et permet un accès rapide au centre de Zurich. »

8.6 sur 10, Excellent, (53 avis)
« It was very noisy in this flat, you can hear the traffic from the road, and the floor in the flat is quirking all the time. Worst thing was the neighbour in the flat above had the same quirky floor, so when he/she woke up at 05.10 in the morning I did not sleep afterwards. Two nights with a bad sleep was not ideal at all. Beyond that, location, cleanliness and easyness in communication was perfect. »

7.6 sur 10, Bien, (4 avis)
« There was a suite flat above a restaurant, and the smell of food could be felt throughout the unit and was annoying. During the day, the suite was like a steam sauna because it was all windows and above the roof. Despite two small air conditioners and a fan, it was unbearable. However, the view from the room was incredibly beautiful and tempting. There was no shampoo and the unit was full of insects coming from the lake because there was no fan and you had to keep the window open all the time....
