« We had a great stay at their hotel. Both owners were very sweet and hospitable. Started from the wife picking us up at the airport. (Sorry I forgot her name)When we got to the hotel she immediately added us to her WeChat so we could communicate with her easily. « Very nice hotel in the mountains with a good view. The hotel was decorated very nice for Christmas. The indoor swimming pool is not open year round like I thought though and the restaurants close earlier during non-peak travel season so rely on room service if you want food late (it was good food). »

« The location is awesome. Unfortunately, our room faces the road and it is extremely noisy due to the endless traffic, frequent use of car horns (never figure out why) and right next to the bus stop. We tried to purchase ear plugs from the nearby shops but failed. For the location alone, it is still a GO but strongly recommend to get non-road facing rooms. »

« Shower drain was a little slow. Room was overall clean and well maintained. Room key lock mechanism failed on 2nd day of 3 night stay. But the problem was fixed fairly quickly. The location was good. We were pleased overall. »

« This hotel was my stop between the airport and the park. It is very conveniently located to both the airport (10 minutes by taxi) and the cable car stop for Tianmen Mountain (10 minutes walking or 3 by taxi). It was comfortable, clean, and far enough away from the road to avoid loud noises. The staff also helped me to solve a booking issue at no extra charge. »

« Hotel Boss(Pei Pei) is very helpful, and she can speak English. A lot of foreign tourists stay in this hostel which make this hostel lively. The only problem which my friend is not happy because of NO LIFT. He needed to climb up and down using the staircase. He nagged me few days about it. I don't mind to come back to stay this hostel again. »
