I had a lovely stay at this property, I stayed for 3 nights and it was very comfortable, quiet and the grounds were beautiful. The staff were always very happy and helpful. It’s also very close by to all the sight seeing you’d want to do in Swanage. Thank you!

Friendly staff, efficient, dog friendly where dogs are allowed in the restaurant. Good breakfast and restaurant. Enjoyable two nights stay. Will return.

Excellent Location
Stayed there for just one night. Two very practical single, warm rooms that were more than sufficient for our needs. Lovely location, great people and excellent value for money. Definitely recommend.

A fantastic stay from start to finish. Check in was easy, taken to our room by a member of staff who also booked us in for dinner and for breakfast. Evening meal was a high standard and cooked freshly. We also ate evening meal on last night which was a fantastic beef roast dinner. Breakfast was also good from the full english to the continental aspect. All staff from owners to employee 's were friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend a stay.

We had a warm welcome at the Kingston Country Courtyard and had a fantastic stay. We had two bedroom room, with a lounge area, which was perfect base for us to explore the area. Food was delicious and good value!

Great location and excellent service
We spent three nights here, part paying with Tesco vouchers for an affordable family break. The location is fantastic, putting us in easy reach of Corfe Castle, Swanage, Durdle Door, etc. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and attentive. Breakfast was very good, with great coffee, fresh bread and locally sourced ingredients. The eco friendly toiletries provided were a great touch too. We didnt eat dinner in the restaurant as it looked a little pricey, but as it turned out we were just unprepared for how expensive eating out in the local area would be. If the breakfast was anything to go by, I expect the food is fantastic. The Scott Arms down the road was even more expensive (thanks to different prices on their menu to their website and a compulsory service charge) and the food mediocre at best (one to avoid!) It's worth travelling into Swanage for a selection of reasonably priced restaurants. If I were to suggest any improvements, it would be new pillows (the beds were very comfortable, but pillows had seen better days) and a better value packed lunch offering. We ordered a family packed lunch, but some items were missing and food choices were limited. Bottled water to purchase would have been nice too. I am being picky though! I would definitely recommend Kingston Country Courtyard and would stay here again.

Enjoyable stay
We stayed in accommodation where the bedroom was on the 1st floor, very warm, could have done with a fan. Chairs in the dining area are uncomfortable. Overall we had a lovely 3 night stay, would recommend to family and friends

Good Stay
Overall very good hotel most of the rooms sit around a Courtyard. We hade breakfast and dinner on the two nights we stayed. Breakfast included in the room rate which was very good. Dinner menu not huge but you would have to be extremely fussy not to find something we ate on two consecutive nights and food was great. Now the negatives. It is in no way the hotels fault that there are some ignorant dog owners around. On our first night a dog was howling in one of the rooms gor a good 20 minutes or so around 3am. Either the owner was stone deaf or pig ignorant and the same goes for the yapping dog at 6am on the second night.

Lovely comfy beds, clean room and good breakfast. Shame the whole bathroom gets wet when you have a shower being a wet room. Also would have been good if we could get a dinner later as we didn’t finish our walk until late and restaurant was shutting. Otherwise a wonderful place and would definitely recommend.

Fantastic location with beautiful scenery. Colleagues running the location were excellent nothing was ever too much trouble. My only disappointment was not to book more than one night and requesting a second unfortunately they were fully booked. School boy error. Definitely will be returning for longer next time.

After spending the day at Monkey World we booked here to save the long drive home. This hotel is beautiful! Our room was The Loft which served myself, husband and 2 children 16 & 10 perfectly. The lady on reception was super helpful about the local area and we had a lovely evening by the beach in Swanage. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This is a wedding venue and you can tell they're not really trying because they don't have to. The room was clean, but the shower/wetroom impractical if you have any mobility issues. The bedding was quite uncomfortable but clean. We stayed for dinner as they had a bbq on and the food read really well but it was really substandard. They did at least comp one of the meals that was totally inedible, without us asking. The breakfast was fine. All the front of house staff were really super however, so friendly, welcoming and professional so absolutely could not fault them at all. They deserve to work somewhere where the chef is not letting them down.

Lovely setting. But our room was right by the road, so lots of road noise. Also under our room was the entertainment hall and storage rooms of which we kept hearing doors slamming!!! Lighting in the room was strange and sofa was very small and uncomfortable. Tv was close to sofa but when watching in bed you would need a magnify glass. Fridge very noisy (humming all night) Breakfast was good though a bit cramped when there's a lot of people. Had scrambled egg bacon and avocado, but half of avocado was brown. Reception was a bit strange just a laptop computer on a bench, no signs just that the door was open so guessed it was there. Think the room was expensive for what it was.
