  • This is a very unique place to stay within a fully restored grain tower. Two bedrooms, one bath plus den with private roofdeck. No full kitchen just a kitchenette as we want you to enjoy all the amazing restaurants our area is filled with. You'll be staying just steps from the bustling shops and nightlife of Warwick. The tower suite is located on the Railroad side of the building. There is a small river, but lots of ducks and bird watching.
    Please note this is a walk up with lots of stairs but the payoff is wonderful views from the top of your suite, including Appalachian trail mountain ridge.
    Both bedrooms are equipped with comfy queen size beds, carpeting, closets, dressers, smart tv, ceiling can, desk fan, extra chair and big windows with black out curtains for a nice night sleep. On same floor you will find a bathroom with a stand up shower with amazing water pressure. The top floor is a large open den with Couch, a daybed, dining table, smart tv, kitchenette and small roofdeck with two Adirondack chairs.
    The entire space is decorated with bright and lively pieces by local artists.
    The best part about the space is how close it is to everything Warwick has to offer.
    Please know it is located right on the railroad tracks. There is a freight train that goes by once or twice a day mainly on the weekdays. It's loud! But also part of the excitement.

The whole experience was amazing. Very clear description and clear instructions from start to finish. The owner was available when we had questions and it was close to all that we needed/wanted to go to. Bravo and would definitely stay there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment was super clean and very spacious, not to mention fantastically unique. The location could not have been better with a one-block walk into town. Our host was very responsive and very informative when asking about restaurants and hiking spots. We would absolutely stay here again!

This place is super special and in a great location. The rooms were very spacious and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Thank you so much Kimberly for a lovely weekend and would highly recommend this house and host to anyone.

Great unique place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the grain tower. The apartment was super unique, clean, and easy to find with ample parking. The host was super accommodating with check in, and the are a ton of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Cozy and unique place to stay. Shower is great & relaxing. Nice rooftop deck to check out the morning sun. Walkable to downtown Warwick where there are nice shops and eateries. Recommended!

In the heart of town- great location. Comfortable stay with a unique twist of architecture. If you’re up for a different layout this is your place. Beautiful views. Our host was very accommodating and easy to talk to. Highly recommend for a cool spot to stay in Warwick!

Awesome place, completely renovated, perfect location to town, super clean! I'd recommend and stay here again! Multiple levels with stairs. If you have trouble with stairs I'd look elsewhere also no full kitchen and small refrigerator. That being said this is a 5 star place without question. Same goes for the host, accommodating, super responsive!

A Luxurious Find in Warwick

Our stay at this property was nothing short of amazing a true luxury find in Warwick! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the level of care and attention to detail. The owner was incredibly friendly, always available to answer any questions we had, and even provided a list of great suggestions for things to do during our stay. The bathroom was absolutely stunning, with modern amenities and a design that made it feel like our own private spa. We genuinely wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy everything this incredible property had to offer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Warwick!

Sister in laws and cousins stay!

Fun time in Warwick! Cute personalized place! Clean and up to date! Loved the decor! Little extras such as a tea bar and coffee pods and creamer provided! We went to the spa and walked to town to shop and an awesome dinner at the Fed. Walking home noticed holiday lights on a building! Realized it was the property!

Better than advertised

Such a cool place to stay walking distance to the town of Warwick. Everything was clean and exactly as advertised. Plenty of room in the 2 bedrooms and was a great living room with tv all the way upstairs. Too bad it was too windy to go out on the terrace. Like it says in the listing, just be prepared for lots of steps.
