« The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. For such a cold week in Illinois, I had hoped that the water would be hot enough to chase away the cold, but alas, it was not. I...

« Perfect place to stay! Needed 2 day stay in Morton, this was such a better choice than getting an hotel room. Clean, great location and amenities at stated in ad. Comfortable bed and living room area. »

« I wouldn't recommend this rental. The electronic door lock doesn't work right and it took 20 minutes to gain access. The apartment was not very clean (trash left in the trash cans and the floors were dirty), and there are no hand towels in the unit and limited bath towels and wash clothes, so we were drying our hands on a wash cloth and the paper towels from the kitchen. This is a corporate owned unit that is obviously being operated at a bare minimum price. »

« This is our 4th or 5th stay at one of Matthew’s properties and our experience was as we have come to expect. His properties are comfortably furnished, clean, and consistent with their descriptions. We have never needed assistance as there have never been issues with check in or maintenance, but I have no doubt it would be handled quickly and efficiently. When I come home to visit my central IL hometown, I always look for a listing of Mathew’s to use during my stay. »
