Appreciated the snacks and Kcups. It was very clean and secure. Excellent secure off street parking. Everything was provided as advertised. Could have used a few chip clips in the kitchen and the big couch is a bit broken down. Overall it is an excellent place to stay.

The place was very nice, with modern upgrades. It was very clean when we arrived. It provided a great place for our family to recharge each evening after seeing the capitol sites.

We had a wonderful stay at the Capital Ambience it was just as described. It was such a nice touch to have a well stocked kitchen like snacks, coffee, water, juices. The property was clean and well kept! It was in a location that was easy to get to whatever you wanted to see. I would definitely stay here again. You can tell there was much thought into keeping the property pristine.

The place was perfect for our family during our stay to attend a wedding. It’s beautifully decorated and clean. Appreciated the stocked kitchen along with goodies. The beds were comfortable and my grandchildren loved the bunk beds. The only complaint was that the third floor did get hot while we were there. Otherwise, everything was great!

The house was spotless and comfortable. The snacks when we checked in were a nice touch. The check-in process was super easy too. We had a wonderful week in DC and would highly recommend booking!

I had a super comfortable stay. They went above and beyond with their accommodations and things that most places don’t think of when it comes to guests Daily needs.The location was great. The beds were so comfortable. The host really understood the little things that people need and probably forget when they travel.

This property is beautiful! It’s renovated from top to bottom and offered great amenities for the guests. The space was perfect for (6) people and in a great location averaging between 10-20 minutes from major attractions. The building has several units and a space for parking. The communication with the host was seamless and prompt. Much appreciated!!!

The property was very clean and the pictures on line are accurate. The only real choice for parking is the space in back of the unit accessed by an ally. The only down side to this is that means the only way into the unit is up a spiral staircase. Would suggest putting tvs in all the bedrooms.

Wonderful property excellence Stay!!!

I just can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay here. The neighborhood is up and coming but the property itself is absolutely gorgeous everything was perfect the host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We had a couple of questions she answered them almost immediately using the VRBO app. I will definitely stay here again. My highest recommendation.

Very nice accommodations and having a parking space was quite convenient. Well-supplied, very clean, and comfortable. There was construction going on across the alley which began early morning but that will be short-term and had nothing to do with this property. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Ambience!

The property looks as if it's been fully renovated quite recently. Everything was neat and clean and thoughtfully arranged. The Capitol and museums were just 10/15 minutes away. We would stay there again.

Wonderful stay

Went to DC with a group of 6. My wife and I and our 4 kids aged 27 to 19. This house was perfect for us. The kitchen and bathrooms were great size. The beds were comfortable. There was a huge snack basket left, which was awesome. The house was close to several metro stations. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was amazingly beautiful. They prepared for everything. The kitchen (Plates, cutlery, and snacks) and the Bathroom (towels, tissues) were fully stocked and made the trip very easy. The only gripe, if I had one, was that we had our parents, aged 71 and 68, and they had to navigate the flights of stairs.All in all the was a great property in an up and coming neighborhood.
