Vous n'avez pas besoin d'une voiture pour vous promener dans la ville, et vous pouvez louer un vélo pour la journée et faire du vélo (2 stations de partage de vélos DC à moins d'un pùté de maisons de l'appartement).
Si vous avez une voiture: - Le stationnement serait un stationnement dans la rue, mais en gĂ©nĂ©ral, vous ĂȘtes toujours en mesure de trouver une place dans notre immeuble le plus souvent juste en face de la maison. Sur demande, nous pouvons vous fournir un laissez-passer de stationnement pour visiteur qui vous permettra de vous garer sans crainte d'ĂȘtre Ă©tiquetĂ© / remorquĂ© et vous n'avez pas besoin de dĂ©placer votre vĂ©hicule. Notre quartier a des restrictions de stationnement assez restrictives, sauf si vous vivez ici ou avez le laissez-passer de stationnement pour les visiteurs susmentionnĂ©. Il y a des frais pour l'obtention du permis et doit ĂȘtre payĂ© en espĂšces lors de l'enregistrement.
Nous avons une salle de gym à distance de marche ÉQUILIBRE le bloc GYM 1/2 loin.

Tortilla Coast, Bullfeathers, Talay Thai, Congressional Liquors, sont à moins de 3 minutes à pied de deux cafés (y compris Starbucks), d'une petite épicerie, de banques, d'un magasin d'alcools et de bons restaurants sur Pennsylvania Avenue.

This was our second time staying here. It is very clean and the owners are close by and take care of everything. The neighborhood is close to Capitol, Supreme Court and excellent restaurants.

So convenient

Wonderful property on a quiet street. So close to a Metro station making it incredibly convenient to get around town. Trader Joe’s within walking distance if you want to stock up on snacks and drinks. Lots of food delivery options if you are too tired to go out at the end of the day. Great value for the location. It makes it easy to visit many places during a short stay. We had 3 full days and saw many of the landmarks. I would stay here if I were ever in the area again. Thank you!

Our stay was short but full of memorable experiences. The flat is steps away from a Capitol Bike share station, a Metro station and two blocks south of the Capitol & Library of Congress. With sunny skies we biked everywhere. We recommend a stay highly.

Beautiful apartment near the Capitol

The apartment is in a lovely brick building on a beautiful street. Walking distance to the Capitol and 1-2 blocks from the metro this location made it easy to get around DC. There are also a lot of nice restaurants that are walking distance from the apartment. Not being used to public transportation, we found the Metro clean, affordable and very easy to use.The apartment itself was perfectly clean and well stocked. It was very comfortable and quiet. We especially enjoyed sitting in the front courtyard. Parking was busy but doable, although we rarely needed to move our car since most things were so walkable. The neighborhood is very pretty and felt very safe.The hosts live above the apartment and were very nice. We had one small communication issue before we got there but it was handled perfectly and we had no further issues at all. It was nice to know that they were right there just in case, but we never needed anything.We would definitely stay here again when we visit DC.

Just perfect!!

We are from central GA and were not at all familiar with the area. The apartment was just as described and more. The owners have thought of everything there is to make our stay just as comfortable as if we were in our own home. It is located on a quiet residential street just a couple of blocks from public transit. We have felt 100 percent safe the entire stay. I would recommend anyone visiting Washington, D.C. to stay here!! You will not be disappointed.

Had a great stay. Apartment was as advertised-clean, comfortable and well-stocked. Most importantly, the location was perfect- walking distance to attractions, metro, restaurants, and grocery stores. Great neighborhood

This well kept and smartly dressed house was welcoming, very clean, and comfortable. So close to the metro (just a half block) that it didn’t matter it rained 4 out of 7 days. We had easy access to the entire town. We would definitely stay again to continue our exploration of all the sites we didn’t get to see. So much to do here! Thank you Marina and James for the helpful suggestions of good eats and things to do.

Excellent location, beautiful condo

If yoire in DC for the museums, monuments, Capitol Hill, etc., this is the perfect spot. This is a very comfortable space for a couple, and then for a friend to come stay with us two nights of our trip. Parking is very easy with a permit from the owner.

Wonderful Experience

This is an AWESOME location and super easy check-in/check-out process. Marina and James provided excellent hospitality throughout my 4-day stay. The apartment is decked out with pretty much anything you could need and it’s both spacious and quiet. The Metro stop is less than a block away and the capitol buildings are just as close. I thoroughly enjoyed a week without a car. I highly recommend this rental!

DC Weekend Get Away

The location of this property was fantastic. It was truly steps away from the Capitol and the Metro Train Station was 1 block away. I would definitely recommend this property for a couple looking to spend time in Washington, DC. It’s comfy and well appointed.

Perfect DC spot!

Perfectly located with grocery stores,restaurants and the Capitol easy walking distance! Pretty inside and out with super comfortable bed and pillows. Kitchen has everything we needed to make several meals. Hosts were the kind you want...super responsive and accommodating but not at all intrusive. Highly recommend!
