When you feel like heading into town, downtown St. George is 10 minutes away by car to enjoy fine eateries and shopping. Looking for something to do after dinner, catch a live performance at Tuacahn Center for the Arts which is only 20 minutes away.

This stand-alone house boasts natural light from numerous windows, illuminating the pristine interior of this cozy 2000-square-foot home! The home is fully furnished offering in unit laundry with detergents and bathrooms stocked with overnight essentials. A two-car garage and neighborhood guest parking that’s just behind our house will give you and your guests all the space to come and go as you please!

The open concept living space is a cozy place to relax after a day of adventure. The 70” smart TV will stream your favorite shows. The fiber speed wireless internet will support streaming and Zoom at the same time with unlimited usage. Need to send a few emails or work from a spreadsheet? Our desk space and monitor allow you to efficiently finish work and get back to play!

When you grow hungry, don't hesitate to head into the fully equipped kitchen! Create favorites or new dishes alike with ease utilizing the stainless steel appliances, ample cookware, toaster, k-cup, and drip coffee makers. Once everything is ready, gather around the 10-person dining table to savor the spread.

This home is set-up for a family vacation with accommodations for all ages. The loft offers a 65” Roku TV and game table creating a separate space for kids to be kids. The bunkroom sleeps four with two twin over twin bunk beds. The private backyard or neighborhood pickle ball courts are a great places for kids to get their wiggles out.

Unwind in the spacious king suite with a private bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in shower boasting two shower heads. The suite is equipped with a 58” smart TV and black out shades. If you’re traveling with multiple families, the queen bedroom is a nice space for a second couple.

Our resort style neighborhood offers a lazy river, a heated pool with a 3 story water slide, a splash pad, two hot tubs, and two pickle ball courts. The amenities are open year round from 10am to 10pm and available on a first come basis.

Desert Sands at Paseos has a separate one bedroom casita behind the garage that can be rented out in addition to the house to add sleeping quarters and a bathroom for 2 additional guests. If you are interested in renting both spaces, send a message to the host and we will send you the additional listing for this space.

Red Rock Casita may be rented out to other guests. The guests at Desert Sands at Paseos and guests of Red Rock Casita share the driveway but that’s all—neither guests have access to the other space without reserving it. The garage is for the exclusive use of the house guests. The casita guests have 1 reserved parking spot in front of the third car garage in the driveway on the left side of the house.
