A bit on old side, but comfortable with dining and a bar. Shuttle was good too. Hotel was ok, but could use s refresh. Stairwell was like going to bottom of ship. But close to Alexandria, MGM, national harbor.

I was impressed with the condition and cleanliness of the hotel, especially when I entered into the bathroom and had to pull the tape from the toilet. I will return to the Harborside the next time I am in the area and needing a weekend stay.

Staff were attentive and friendly but not out of the common way. Lobby did not feel clean, and elevators were very untidy. Parking lot at night felt a little unsafe as a single female but the building was well-lit. Came upon two male staff members smoking weed a few feet from an exterior door. Room was clean but TV was limited to local channels, unable to log into Netflix or Amazon Prime.

The property was maintained well and this location was perfect for us while we attended the graduation at the Gaylord Convention center.

Overall great stay. My only issue was that the inside blackout blind at the window was missing so the room got very bright first thing in the morning. Otherwise great staff and accommodations. The restaurants staff and breakfast was phenomenal and the shuttle service was so convenient. The morning driver - JC was great!

Very much enjoyed the stay at Harborside. The location was ideal, close to the Casino and outlet shopping with several restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the whole stay.

The air conditioning was very noisy and the water did not drain in the bathtub. The shuttle did not come to pick us us at the Gaylord stop.

No charging transactions to your room, giant cockroach in my room. The earliest they serve coffee is 7am and a cup was $6. Give me a break. Business people start their day before 7am and the area has no DD or Starbux. Don't tell me about the crappy coffee in the room, put decent free coffee out at 6am.

The hospitality was excellent. Especially when it came from front desk customer service representative, Omar Rivera. The great food, the cleanliness of the facility and rooms, the friendly bar and wait staff was on point. But when it came to Omar Rivera, he made the customers feel special and want to stay at Harborside. Omar's customer service was exceptional! Thanks Omar! We'll be back again soon.

Room service was non-existent, I tried about 20 times over two days to order breakfast. When I went down to the restaurant after giving up on room service, I was ignored by the staff. Eventually after getting their attention, I was seated. I waited and waited to get a menu, drink or anything, and gave up, both days I ended up getting an I-Hop breakfast delivered. Room was very light, curtains didn't close properly and AC was noisy.

Free parking cute toiletries clean rooms clean bed sheets has a strong bleach or chlorine smell . Hallways are dated. Nice location and free parking. Jazz brunch on weekends was a nice touch . Breakfast not included FYI . Overall nice stay will return . Front desk agents are dry no enthusiasm at all

The location was 5 to 10 minutes from the National Harbor and MGM casino. They have plenty of free parking on site and a complementary shuttle. The shuttle starts at 7am-10:45pm with drop off/pick up locations at the MGM casino and the Gaylord which is at the National Harbor with tons of dining options with a some being waterfront. If your interested there is Liberty Canabis Dispensary 5 minutes on the same street as the hotel. The hotel was clean and rooms were spacious as well as included a mini fridge and microwave. The staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back for a close get away.

We stayed at the Harborside while participating in a cheer competition at the Gaylord in National Harbor. The pricepoint for the hotel was much better than those in National Harbor and the included shuttle made it very easy to get to and from. Just be sure to give yourself time for the pick-up shuttle as it sometimes took a while. The hotel itself was very well maintained, rooms were clean and updated. We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient for conference at the Gaylord Hotel - frequent shuttle service back and forth. Not a lot to do in the immediate area around the hotel, if you are not going to one of the shuttle stops you probably need a car.
