Good stay at the Churchill I really loved the bed after long days walking in the city...but if you want to eat something there are only restaurants around....Washington is not New York if you want to eat at burger king or KFC or at Dunkin donuts

Hôtel très beau, accueil sympathique, chambre très grande, jolie et bien équipée. Bémols: par manque de personnel la chambre n’a pas été nettoyée en 4 nuits, donc poubelles qui débordent, serviettes sales… J’avais pris le petit dej inclus: un seul choix au restaurant de l’hôtel, le continental avec un yogourt /cereales /fraises, un muffin ou un croissant, boisson chaude et jus d’orange. Pas mal mais frustrant au vu de la carte et quand on préfère profiter des petits dej américains

Hôtel historique à prix abordable.
Un hôtel parfait sur toute la ligne. Le parking est dispendieux mais il est possible de trouver dans les environs à moindre coût. Bons restos à proximité.

The hotel was nice and clean. However, the parking attendant was not friendly when we arrived to the hotel, and neither was the woman at the check-in desk. It was very difficult to find parking for my vehicle because they said the valet was full, and then the next person in line behind me was then able to valet their car. How is that possible? And then the room they gave us was horrible. We were put right next to the service elevator on Floor 4 and had to deal with ridiculously loud noises all night. Sleeping in our room was very uncomfortable because of it. Definitely will not rebook at this hotel if we are ever back in DC. I would rather stay somewhere that seems to care more about their guests.

The parking is extraordinary expensive. The room was too small for the price we paid-- and there was not a single chair to sit. Also there is an extra charge for maintaining the property which is added on-- but not shown inadvance.

I loved the location, but the price did not match the room I stayed in. The bathroom smelled like a ditch, and the toiletries wording was written in white, so I could not tell which one was shampoo, conditioner, or body soap. Because of the smell, I did not feel clean, and I wondered if the bottom of the tile was clean. The light on the bedside table turned on and off every few minutes. I wondered if the wire was overheating or something was wrong with the lamp. I told the front desk about it but did not apologize, and I just checked out feeling dissatisfied.

The shower needed to be run for several minutes before warm, breakfast was ordinary at best, the bar underwhelming. No room service. Rooms run down. Every time someone left their room, the closing of their door would make mine make a very large noise. Underinvested in property.
