« I hated the bed and the pillows. Bed was super firm and the pillows were like 12 inch squares instead of the normal pillow size. Walls were really thin there was a baby crying most of the night and i wasnt able to sleep. Super fustrating. I wasnt intown for leisure. I had work at mayo early the next morning and just needed rest i was not able to get that. »

« Parking was good. The shuttle to Mayo was very helpful. With all the construction going on, it was great to be let off right at the door. The breakfast - I didn't really like having to take the cold food from the frig and heat it in the microwave. There were many trying to use at the same time. The elevator system was odd getting to the 4th floor »

« Breakfast options were great. More tables for 4 would be nice, most were for 2 unless you move tables around. We had a suite and it was plenty big for our needs. There is a grab bar to get into the shower but one anything to hold onto once in the shower, this makes it dangerous for a disabled person. This stay we also had loud upstairs neighbors that sounded like a herd of watet buffalo above us waking us up super early. Will still stay over and over for Mayo trips! »
