„This rental is the ideal place for a getaway that is peaceful and calming! My husband and I, along with our two dogs, enjoyed our stay immensely. We loved feeding the fish in the pond and walking the area around the house into the woods and back. „We had a lovely stay at Mad River Valley. The location was perfect for our waterfall/swimming hole adventures and almost daily visits to downtown Waitsfield. The check-in was straight-forward and the home, as expected. Due to the unexpected scorching heat/humidity a couple of nights, the bedroom fans came in handy, as did the washer and dryer. Only regret was not checking out the wooded trails on the property as we spent all of our daytime hours adventuring and exploring nearby. It was a nice ...

„We needed a big home for our group of 9 old friends. This home was perfect for us. The property description and photos were accurate. Big windows looking out at a great view, with a nice deck too. Dining room table plenty big for all of us. Lots of room to spread out on the main floor, like when someone wanted to watch TV they could, not bothering the others. „We spent an amazing week at the Mad River Ski Chalet. My kids declared this the best Vermont house we've ever stayed in (we go every year, we've stayed at a lot of houses). It's rural enough, while still being close to things you need. Waitsfield is a great town - lots of stores and restaurants. Easy drive to Burlington. But more importantly - the house is just great. Very comfortable, beautifully updated, great deck with incredible views. We definitely plan to stay here again.“
