« A beautiful and unique property, with excellent staff and service. Breakfast was excellent and the wait staff very engaging. Only issue I would present is some very old and grungy grout conditions in the walk-in shower, otherwise I look forward to staying here again. »

« Room 157 needs some love, faucet in bathroom sink is loose, moved every time I turned it on,handle on tub faucet was loose made it difficult to adjust temperature of water, was glad there was a safety bar next to the tub,but no safety straps in the tub made it a bit slippery, wife had surgery at U of M hospital and didn't feel like she was safe enough to take a shower. The hotel as a whole was decent, staff was helpful food in the restaurant was good, location to the hospital was good as well,...

« Our experience was positive for the most part. The location was within walking distance to campus and downtown and staff were helpful. A few glitches came up-someone parked in my paid parking space and my request for an extra pillow needed to go to a team for a decision but was not solved. I handled both concerns. »

« The hotel is close to anything you may be planning to do in Ann Arbor. Easy access to the highway and to campus or The Big House, and convenient to shopping and restaurants. The hotel has been completely renovated and the effort to keep it looking fresh and clean is apparent. The rooms are large, and having a fridge and microwave is extremely helpful. The 24 hour coffee and tea service is a plus along with generous hours for breakfast service in the morning.
The staff was very helpful, friendly,...
