The most unique thing about this property was is that nobody cared about it that's what was so unique. The swimming pool they said was broke but I know pools I've had them and that pool is clean it could be swimming it could have been swam in no vending machines no ice machines and their idea of a convenience store is a a refrigerator with a few pops in it and a little pantry just got some candy bars and chips in it I just think that the property can be run better and I'm sure there's somebody out there that's willing to put forth the effort that it needs and it's just not these people that are in there now I should have asked for my money back that's how bad it was but he tried to tell me I couldn't even check out that day and I told him yesterday I'm checking out you need to handle this paperwork after 30 minutes or so he said well you can't just pass check out time and it's 10:30 in the morning so I mean they they just doing things right they should be looking into thank you for listening

Had to make a last minute booking for a large group. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. The rooms were clean and well taken care of. Overall a pleasant experience.

The fitness center had cardiovascular machines that were inoperable, needed to be repaired or replaced. My exhaust catalytic converters were stolen while my vehicle was in the parking lot. I was told by locals that this was common occurrence.

All of the staff was amazing during my 10 day stay. My only 2 complaints were that housekeeping only came to my room once during those 10 days and that’s because I went down and asked the front desk if they could make sure they went. There were also roaches which I didn’t see until my last day.

We found a huge cockroach in our room. There was stuff under the bed like the room wasn’t clean. We saw some people in the hall asking if we were moving rooms and they were moving rooms FOR THE THIRD TIME.

Only problem I had was there was a small patch (palm of your hand size) mold above one of the double beds I had. But I only stayed one night, so I just ended up sleeping in the other bed that didn’t have mold above it.

The only problem was elevator was being serviced at check in time so had to use stairs but was fixed later. Also ice machine on 2nd floor was out so I had to go to 1st floor. Staff was extremely nice.
