« we did not end up staying in this house. The owner first texted and said the bed arrangement was different than what was advertised. I accepted the change then about 2 hours before our planned arrival the owner text me and asks me to call him so I did. He tells me there is a terrible smell in one of the bedrooms that he could not find the source of but assumed it was a dead rodent. « The abode is located in the basement of a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. It has a private entrance, very spacious living room and a small kitchenette. There was plenty of towels provided as well as an ironing board/iton, broom and vacuum. Since it is in the lower level of a home, you do have the noise of people above you but it was very quiet at night and in the early morning.It snowed while we were visiting and the host was so kind he cleared our walkway too.
