Thank you for your recent stay at our hotel. We are disheartened to know that your stay was less than exceptional. Our property pictures online to show this as an exterior corridor property; however, we do have King Suites which are indoor rooms. You booked a standard king instead of a suite. Additionally, we have never had any safety issues with any of our guest at this location. Even though some of our rooms are opening to outside, this is a very safe area since we are conveniently located off I-20 with many retail, shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Your comments will be shared with our housekeeping team to better serve our future guests.
