« I booked a standard double room months ago and needed the two beds in one room. When we arrived after a 9 hour drive, they had oversold the double rooms and didn’t have any rooms left with two beds. I had to find another hotel with double rooms still available. The staff was very helpful in trying to find a room that would work for us. And they didn’t give me any problems when I had to cancel my reservation. »

« Although the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the staff acted as if they had never checked anyone in before, went down twice to eat breakfast,the first time at 6:15 and it wasn’t even open yet, no one around! The second time was at 7:15 and they were open but all that was available was coffee! Went back to the room packed up and went back down to check out and no one was at the desk. Found them outside smoking cigarettes! We stay at Super 8 quite a bit, and this was by far the worst...

« I’m a traveling scrub tech and we needed to stay longer than we thought and Lisa the manager helped me out! She made sure that my husband had the handicap room and made sure that we were comfortable and safe! She even went above and beyond when there was another guest who was in his vehicle outside our window playing music really loud. »
