The Space:

Make yourself at home in this charming two bedroom condominium, thoughtfully laid out for a stress free seaside getaway. The primary bedroom serves as a quiet escape with a queen bed, while the additional bedroom offers two twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for home cooking, including a refrigerator, freezer, toaster, stove, oven, dishwasher, and all essential cookware. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or step out onto the private patio to enjoy the ocean breeze. There is a full bath with a tub and shower combo. There is a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. The property is designed with your comfort in mind and includes air conditioning units to keep you cool. Beyond the front door, you have full access to the resort facilities, such as the outdoor swimming pool, and a game room. There is a path in the back to the Ogunquit River, where you can rent kayaks (or bring uour own) and explore.

***All bed linens and bath towels are provided, though please bring your own pool or beach towels. The unit is equipped with a drip style coffee maker and starter essentials including paper towels (1 roll), toilet paper (2 rolls), sponge, hand soap, dish soap and laundry soap. PARKING FOR ONE CAR ONLY.



Guest Access:

We will be asking for your email upon confirmation. The property manager will email you a registration form to be filled out and emailed back. You must do this so that you will have a pool code and parking pass upon arrival.
