„The stay never happened. The owner cancelled 2 hours BEFORE our arrival. We emailed several times for owner to provide details of rental such as access codes and wifi, but he never confirmed until our arrival day. This was unacceptable and created an inconvenience for our family. We were visiting due to funeral of family member and the last minute cancellation caused undue stress.“
