Que vous soyez venu pour vous détendre, profiter du soleil ou faire de la plongée spectaculaire, notre maison insulaire est pour vous! C'est une maison de ville spacieuse récemment rénovée, répartie sur 3 étages dans un petit complexe avec deux piscines, une plage, une station de plongée, une échelle pour accéder à l'océan et certaines des meilleures plongées à terre de l'ßle! Familial, Proche des plages et des commerces de quoi de plus pourriez-vous avoir besoin?

La maison: Le premier étage est joliment décoré et décloisonné avec une cuisine moderne, un coin repas, un salon avec une grande télévision à écran plat et un patio donnant sur l'une des 2 piscines de Coconut Bay. C'est parfait pour se détendre ou griller un dßner sur le barbecue. Le deuxiÚme étage a une salle de bain familiale moderne, laveuse et sécheuse, 2 grandes chambres, une avec lit queen et salle de bain attenante l'autre a 2 lits jumeaux. Au deuxiÚme étage se trouve un grand loft avec un lit queen size, un lit de jour, un coin bureau donnant sur la piscine. Une salle de bain attenante et un immense dressing.

Dehors: Coconut Bay est un petit complexe de maisons en rangĂ©e et appartements avec une ambiance tropicale 2 piscines chauffĂ©es et un jacuzzi. Les jardins sont magnifiquement entretenus et mĂšnent Ă  une plage artificielle et Ă  l'ocĂ©an. Il y a une opĂ©ration de plongĂ©e (Stingray Water Sports) sur place avec une station de plongĂ©e qui a des rĂ©servoirs et des poids disponibles et du matĂ©riel peut ĂȘtre louĂ© Ă  des tarifs raisonnables. Stingray Water Sports offre un rabais de 10% aux rĂ©sidents de Coconut Bay.

À proximitĂ©: Coconut Bay est situĂ© juste au coin de la ferme aux tortues, il est facilement accessible en voiture ou en taxi des magasins locaux (y compris l'Ă©picerie) et se trouve Ă  2 minutes Ă  pied du restaurant Cracked Conch et du Macabuca Bar & Grill oĂč vous pouvez asseoir et manger et boire et regarder le coucher du soleil. We absolutely loved the location of this condo. We were able to dive right off the shore. The complex was beautifully landscaped and had a lovely pool. It was in an area of the island that had plenty to do but not the busyness of 7 mile beach. The condo was spacious and well equipped and beautifully decorated. We would definitely return!

At first I wasn’t sure about the location in relation to 7 Mile Beach and the island attractions but as it turned out, with a car and a skilled driver, it didn’t matter. After traveling through other areas of the island, I would love to return back here with my family with adult kids. The home was walking distance to delicious restaurants; 2 scuba/snorkel dive spots walking distance; walk to Turtle Centre and an 8 minute drive to the grocery store! Also, 1 mile to Hell and 13 minutes to Pampered Ponies. The condo is beautiful and spacious. My regret is not taking advantage of everything it has to offer—beautiful pools, gazebo and patio and walk out to the sea. If time allows, I would definitely return to this home. Also, if you think the property pictures are great, wait till you see it in person! It’s a gem!

Condo was great overall. Especially loved the outdoor dining table and the pool, met lots of friendly people during our pool time. Didn't use the beach on property as no lounge chairs there. But Cemetery beach was just a 7 minute drive away, really enjoyed it - great sand, has shade areas, good snorkeling, calm most of days that we went there. We also checked out Smith's Cove and Governor's beach but we loved Cemetery the best................................ ............Went to Macabuca restaurant couple times, great food, 5 minute walk. Turtle center was also fun, about 10 minute walk, went in morning on non-cruise ship day to avoid all the crowds. Has great gift shop. There was rum store near to condo but we didn't go in. Was handy to have Fosters grocery store just 7 minute drive away, easy to grab things as we needed them...... would definitely stay here again if we ever get back to the island again :-)

This is our 3rd time staying in Coconut Bay, but first time in this unit. The condo is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, and we cooked many meals there without any issue. The outdoor area overlooking the pool is relaxing and enjoyable. Beds were comfortable. There are beach chairs, noodles, and other beach equipment available. I highly recommend this condo to families or a group of friends. Condo is walking distance to Macabuca, which is fun and delicious. We did not have a bad meal in GC, every one was great: Heritage Kitchen, Macabuca, A la Kebab, Ms Pipers, Cafe Del Sol, Gelato & Co. Library by the Sea was a pricey, but unique and fun experience. This was our first time visiting the Queen Elizabeth gardens. Highly recommend, as it is a beautiful and interesting place, and can be visited on the way to Rum Point. Wrapping up, we would happily stay in this condo again if we return. A very positive experience and a great vacation.

My family and I rented this condo for the second year in a row because we enjoyed our stay last year so much. The grounds are beautiful with two pools and access to the ocean and a small beach. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and was as described. The house was clean, the laundry worked great and the kitchen was well equiped. We will be back!

Best first trip to caymens. The condo was perfect for a family of 6 including a 3 and 5 year old. Loved the area quiet and close to 7 mile beaches and turtle farm. Cracked conch restaurant was amazing. Diving right outside your door. Loved it. Property manager Duncan was there on site and helped with any questions

We stayed at this property for 10 days in the summer of 2023. It was our second time staying at Coconut Bay, and I think we enjoyed this property more than the previous one we stayed at. The best thing about this property is the dive site. It is one of the best dives on the island. The property itself was clean and well maintained. The only thing that was a slight inconvenience was that we only received a few trash bags and dishwasher tabs. It would have been nice to have a few more of those given the length of our stay. Other than that, it is definitely worth 5 stars.

We really enjoyed our stay at Coconut Bay #103. The place was exactly as advertised. It was clean & it felt like home for a week. The property owners have anticipated every request from the beach towels to the fully stocked kitchen. There were 4 of us, all male adults & the home was spacious. The onsite support person Duncan was easy accessible if there were any issues. We only had one small issue but was rectified promptly. This was our first time renting a property on VRBO & we were extremely happy that our first experience was a great one.

Spacious, clean, and well appointed condo. Walking distance to a pretty good Tiki bar restaurant. Excellent miniwall shore diving right off the property with air and a rinse tank available on site. Not much else in the neighborhood, so need to rent a car to drive to other restaurants.

A perfect spot for our family of five. The location and property was amazing and was just what we were looking for. Everything was top notch and exceeded our expectations. Macabuca is a short walk and was our favorite restaurant. Duncan was extremely responsive and helpful. We loved our stay and would definitely return.

Property is as described. Great location for divers. Close to beach but you do need a car. Many more restaurants in the West Bay Area than last time we were here (2017), and of course Macabuca and Cracked Conch next door are awesome. Mattress in master could be updated.

This place couldn’t have been better. West Bay is a great place to be, easy to get around Cayman with a car so that’s not a problem. Dave’s place was clean, and updated compared to the other units our family rented. Having the pool right there to be in and use is the best thing ever. Small man made beach at end of road also perfect for playing in and watching sunsets. Not an easy road to walk in West Bay so a car is needed, but that shouldn’t deter you as this is very family friendly area and the neighbours were wonderful as well. All in all the perfect place we could have chosen and would come back in a heartbeat.

Property was amazing, very spacious and has everything you need. The grounds around the property are very very well maintained and relaxing environment. We meet several of the local residents and they were all very friendly. Enjoyed watching the sunsets and hanging out with them every night. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.

We have stayed at Coconut Bay around 4 or 5 times and this home is the best of updates. We had plenty utensils, plates, etc. Easy to hang up gear. The grill worked great. The property manager (Duncan) is east to find, rent gear/tanksweights from, and talk to. They had board games, cards, and many books. We left a puzzle to future guest! Can't wait to get back and visit with the friendly residents and pets. Must have a rental car, but our favorite bar is just down the street.

We were there as a family trip to celebrate the passing of a great man. The condo worked just fabulous for our needs. Having the pool and being close to the ocean was great. It’s best to have a vehicle from this location . Close to the turtle farm . I would highly recommend this unit. 💗The owners were easy to deal with and accommodating.

 everything we needed for a relaxing and worry free vacation was provided
